This is a bitter sweet review. Sweet only cause of Beautiful resort, Food and Mr Deepak Rao. We stayed in this resort for around 5 days for our wedding event and I can say on behalf of my family and our guests that if Mr Deepak Rao (F&B manager) hadn't stepped up and handled the things beyond his professional role at the resort (after we suffered initial two days of chaos ) this would have been a nightmare for us. He was only person approachable , professional and accessible to resolve a issue even with Housekeeping. His department however was the best . He and his chefs took our feedback v positively and our guests cudnt stop praising food and hospitality by F and B department.
This resort is beautiful no doubt espc phase 2. Executive rooms and glass rooms are small but decent. However major issues with service. Most staff seemed to be not trained for hospitality business and not sure about their duties and responsibilities.
First of all this place doesnt have a manager. There are supervisors or managers for different departments but no manager above them. And there is major inner conflicts bw departments and administrative issues because of which we suffered. Ms Alyshea whom we thought was the boss was sales head and has zero sense of hospitality or professionalism besides being rude and passive agrresive. All in our family who had a chance of dealing with her could feel the unpleasantness and rude attitude within 5 mins of conversation. Any feedback given to her would be directed back towards us with sentences like " yeah I understand BUT all our guests have no issue with this " or a smug gesture or putting blame to some other staff member.
V imp : security is invisible after 9 pm ! The main gate is wide open through night and no guards can be seen anywhere after 9 pm. Really we walked in and out many times at night no guard and gates open. The 24×7 hot line Number doesnt respond. Supervisors had given theor number but Except for Mr Deepak most will send us someone else number for any issue ( some ground staff is guess ) and they would rarely pick call. Intercom dont work. Front desk guy Sagar is again full of excuses . "Housekeeping doesnt listen to me . I cant do any thing. ..what can i do " just putting blame to someone else. One night there was some corporate party there and their guests were all drunk screaming roaming around shirtless in corridors, walking drunk around swimming pool but no security or guards or night staff was there to handle situation . We had to msg our guests to stay in rooms and told women and children to be very careful. Nothing was done. When we took it up with Ms alyshea at our check out and she said " I am sorry BUT that was a v imp and big corporate grp we cudnt have done anything " We were surprised at her response. When we responded what if some thing bad had happened or some drunk guy got drowned in pool and there was a police case on you, she causally said " nothing happened ma'am and even if some thing had happened our owner would have handled anything " . Note the owner is a MLA . I have not met the owner despite our requests so cant say about the owner but his staff is definitely using owner's position to be rude and irresponsible to guests at resort. Housekeeping manager was on leave and staff doesnt know what should be state of rooms when ppl check in. Ground staff again was not taking instructions from us and the numbers given to us again wud be not be responsive after 9 pm. Check total billing if u are hosting a function they had added extra things in billing which we had to go one by one and prove tht was not ours.
How ever once again I want to extend our heartfelt gratitude to Mr Deepak Rao. First meal we werent happy with food but he immediately set up meeting with chefs and wow after that every meal was better than the other. He gave personal attention to our guests. Our guests became a big fan of Mr Deepak's hospitality and professionalism and we all wish him all the best in his career...

Note: This review might be longer than usual, but I insist that both readers and owners read it in full. Thanks in advance.
Our stay at PRR was a nightmare of sleep deprivation and horror. Let's dive into the details.
This wasn't our first visit; we had been here a year ago. Little did we know that this time, the place would terrify us beyond belief. Check-in was smooth. We were given the last room on the first floor with a jungle view, which initially seemed fine since we wanted minimal disturbance.
Now, about the room itself—it was small but clean upon check-in, with provided toiletries. However, the wardrobe locker was broken and unusable. The bedsheets and quilts were clean, but the real nightmare began with the Wi-Fi. Despite the router being nearby, the connection was non-existent. Even our cellular service was useless.
Take 1: Improve the Wi-Fi on the first floor rooms immediately. Despite our repeated requests, no one bothered to fix it, only empty promises of resetting the router.
Moving on, we dined at Surbhi, a nearby restaurant supposedly affiliated with the resort. The food was decent, and the portions were generous enough for two.
The resort boasts a riverside restaurant with a view of the pool on one side and the Ulhas River on the other. However, the prices at this restaurant were exorbitant for average-tasting food. A plain maggie, a cheese sandwich, two cups of tea, and two coffees cost us a whopping Rs. 781.
Take 2: Lower your prices and expand your menu. The current options are a rip-off and impractical.
After a pleasant evening by the pool, we returned to our room. Due to heavy rain, we decided to order dinner from Surbhi to our room.
Around midnight, after finishing dinner, we placed our dishes outside the room. The incessant rain caused frequent power outages, making sleep impossible. To our shock, we began hearing noises as if someone—or something—was moving or eating from the plates outside.
Initially dismissing it as hallucinations, the sounds persisted, leading us to investigate. With no peephole in the door, we cautiously opened it during a brief period of light. To our relief and dismay, a dog was outside, licking and eating the leftovers.
This raises serious concerns about hygiene and safety. Are these the same dishes that are served to other guests the next day?
Take 3: Create a designated area for dogs and conduct regular patrols on all floors to prevent such incidents.
The next day, we complained about everything, especially the Wi-Fi, as we needed to work. They moved us to a room on a higher floor with better connectivity.
The third day passed with pool dips and sun gazing, but the night turned into a horror show. After dinner, fearing a repeat of the dog incident, we kept the dishes inside the room.
In the early hours, we heard the same unsettling noises from the dishes. Despite turning on the flashlight to investigate, we found nothing suspicious. Then, at 2:58 am, a loud noise startled us. A bowl had been dragged toward the balcony, with paper foils scattered.
We checked the room thoroughly but found no intruders. We moved the tray outside, kept the lights on for the rest of the night, and spent it wide awake in fear.
Returning home safely, we question how the resort's management can jeopardize guests' safety. What happened to us may have happened to others. There was clearly something or someone in the room that night—what if it had harmed us?
Furthermore, charging nearly Rs. 5000 per night for such services is outrageous. I urge potential guests to reconsider booking here. People come for relaxation, not paranormal experiences.
Am I entitled to a refund? Our safety—and possibly our lives—were at stake.
Pros: Good buffet breakfast Nice poolside view
Cons: Your safety is compromised

Read moreI have booked the deluxe forest view room from cleartrip for around 4-4.5k bucks including gst and morning breakfast for 2 pax in paramount riverside karjat for 1 night on 27 august
Here are the things i dint liked - They have 2 phases , the one at the entrance , and second at the river side , while booking they dont show that the room which is being booked will be in which phase ? As both the phases are at distance and only functional-big pool and breakfast buffet restaurant is in the river side phase , the reception is in entrance phase , and the room they provided was also at the entrance phase , so basically its very unconvenient to go from phase to phase for each things , they should explicitly tell which phase room will be given. For travelling to phases , they run a buggy service(only 1 buggy is there) , which will not be available when u need it and if u can wait for it anytime from 5 mins to 1/2 hr , which is again a turn down , also they run it for specific time , if area is large , they should run all the time and more than 1 Now coming to the room , we booked deluxe forest view room , the curtains were dirty , the bed headboard was full of fungus , i understand that the area receives much of waterfall , but a 4 star hotel should take care of all these things , the patio chair and table again was dirty. Biggest turndown we went to pool around 6.30-7pm no one was there to play songs we asked the person present there he played 2 songs only and went somewhere , now coming to pool cleanliness , it was smelling too chlorinated , i started getting itching all over my skin after i came out of the pool , also there were many insects in the water also. 5 . They have a restaurant near the entrance named as Surbhi Restaurant, we had dinner there , bill was including 18% gst , i asked the waiter why 18% gst is being charged because everywhere its 5% gst charged on food bills , so he didn’t have any clear explanation for it and said “aisa hi hai mam yeh”
Not sure how this property has been rated with 4 stars , its not upto the mark of even 2 stars , i am highly disappointed for spending money over here , its spacious no doubt , but if cleanliness, service and customer satisfaction is considered i ll rate it...
