Had a stay in Prakruti overall the place is nice & spacious.
Pros:
Far from all the hustle bustle of the city
Silent place, 360 degree greenery around.
Nice Rooms, AC is Super Chilling,.Nice view from Hotel Room, Attached Balcony
Has swimming Pool, Garden Area for kids to play, Beside Garden area had made arrangements with chair & table for family to have tea, coffee, snacks, lunch dinner, Also they have dining area inside where one can comfortably sit with family for Lunch & Dinner.
Owner Ujjwal Bhattad & his wife is very helpful to check on anything if needed & to make your stay Comfortable & Relaxing.
Food was awesome on the 2nd day during lunch had Dal, Rice, Bhindi Fry, Chicken Gravy, Tandalachi Bhakri, Nachnichi Bhakri (On Order),Papad, Salad, Kheer
Cons:
The Bathroom lock of the booked room was a task to open, It was highlighted to Ujjwal he then gave an option to change the room. But since all rooms were of same view & interiors so then decided to adjust with it as changing room for just a lock did not made any sense.
Lot of chlorine in pool water, Eyes were burning
On 1st day of stay during dinner was offered Dal-Rice, Chapati,Prawns Curry, Gulab Jamun. The prawns curry was actually a bit sweet in taste & the feedback was been given to Ujjwal on the very next day abt this.
Close to garden area there are chairs & tables placed under a roof to chill in open space but there is no fan, no charging point for mobile to connect, evening time mosquito bites though they make arrangements for (macchar agarbatri) but still a fan would be any time a better option if someone feels cold can switch it off or else can keep it on to avoid mosquito bites.
Feedback Shared : Many a times the stray dogs try to find shelter under the four wheelers parked. It happened a stray dog was taking rest under a parked car the owner came & suddenly started the car it seems slightly the dogs tail must have come under the tyre & the dog started yelling & ran away from there. Luckily he was saved, bought this to attention of Ujjwal & his wife to atleast put a board near parking area to inform Car owners to atleast check once if any stray dogs or cats taking shelter near the car wheels. Because if such incidents happens it can not only lose the poor animals life but also spoil the mood of one coming...
Read moreTo add to the scores of good reviews (justifiably so) written about this place, it is situated about 2 km. before the main Jawhar town (coming from Charoti or Vikramgad side). Actually, the site where the accommodation is situated does not have any agro based trees but the place adjoining it owned by the same people has mango and cashew trees. It is a good, simple, no-frills place but what is the icing on the cake is the outstanding food and service by the staff led by the very young and dynamic owner, Ujjwal Bhattad. The food is customized to suit one’s palate e.g. on the first day itself we requested them that we do not take spicy / masala-based food and throughout our stay we were totally satisified by the consistently tasty but non-spicy food plus sometimes the owner and his younger brother served us personally just like we were extended guests at his home. We stayed for 4 days and besides visiting the nearer Sunset Point, Hanuman Mandir and Shirpamal used it as a base for going to Dabhosa and Kal Mandavi waterfalls (Ujjwal accompanied us to the latter) and another driving trip to the lovely Devbandh Ganesh temple situated amidst serene surroundings near Khodala. We have suggested certain improvements as regards rooms which Ujjwal immediately said he will try to do to the extent possible. I am sure Jawhar would be even more beautiful during and just after the monsoon. I highly recommend this place if you want to spend a few nights in Jawhar. They even have a free pick-up and drop service from and to the bus station which would be useful for those coming by...

The farm is owned and managed by family members: Mr. & Mrs. Ujawal Bhattad and brother who are polite and always accessible to help and guide you for sightseeing, special needs of food and beverages. Their support staff are always available at your beck and call. Mr. Roopesh- the cook, deserves kudos for his skills of culinary dishes that kept us well satiated with variety, taste and flavours.|The rooms are basic with scarce furniture but are comfortable to get good sleep. However, the surrounding ambience is replete with grass lawns, foliage and trees that kept us engaged to spend much of our day time outdoors. A walk in their farm brings the joy of seeing lush green trees of mangoes, cashew nuts, lemons etc..||Though the amenities are well maintained, there is a scope for improvements in respect of safety at swimming pool, vaccination of pets, room furniture etc.. that were suggested at length for them to remain Numero Uno in the competitive market of hospitality. Best wishes...
