Had Booked this place for my Wedding on 26th December 2024 and this is my biggest regret off the entire wedding and specially because of the Management and Manager attending us. Before booking the place, we had confirmed twice on the check in and check out requirements.. they were charging us bomb (2700 per person for night stay +600 for next entire day so 3300/person without food including same rate for vendors), not as per the room and they have multiple people accomodation in each room considering 3300/pp for 7am to 11pm next day, we proceeded with the deal.) Very smartly he did not say anything until his lead was closed and we made the booking payment. Post booking, manager put a disclaimer that rooms will be available for check in at 8am basis of availability. When we called to confront and cancel, he convinced us that the total capacity of the rooms is 300+ and our requirement is of 130 so should not be issue, also he will ensure to allocate the rooms apart from what we had already discussed to occupy during visits considering reach out to all venues. We had also very well informed him that we do not have enough man power to run around so please ensure all is sorted in advance. We promised to provide him all the allocation by the 16th. On 15th while we were finalising all the allocation, we realised the rooms count were not in the series and missing rooms in each category.. we work night shifts and were working till 20th of December we still managed to visit the property which is 1.5hrs drive one way and got the correct room numbers and count ourselves on 21st. We had already got a glimpse of pathetic service by then as he had also stopped responding to any queries on the group. The wedding was on 26th and our check in on 25th when we had all the pre functions and the groom and family were to leave from their hometown (530km journey) on the 24th night. On 23rd we called him to see if any room was available to check in on 24th night (we were ready to pay) is when Mr Gaikwad, after we called tells us that most of the rooms we have sent on the sheet are already occupied. 24hr before the groom and family can start their overnight journey of 530kms, We had no rooms to accomodate them.. 23rd was My Mehndi and I had to delay my function and figure out a way to have everyone accomodated. We somehow managed interchanging the allocation from non available to available rooms as per the sheet provided and make calls to few guests and have them come late so we can have rooms available for check in. We finally arrived on the venue took a handover of they keys and started allocating the rooms as per list made thinking finnally we are sorted and I can now enjoy my wedding!but little did I know this was just the begining. As the guest started opening the rooms, the bed numbers in room did not match the capacity on the allocation sheet. Eig room number 102 shows a capacity of 4 members on sheet so we allocated 4 member to stay but the number of beds in the room were only 2. The groom was busy in pooja and I despite of being the bride had to runaround in tears and pressure to accomodate guests as they stand outside their rooms wondering how do they adjust! It took me 2hrs while the staff kept looking at me as they did not know why the manager did not inform us of changes in beds they have made since the sheet was last updated. We finally managed to adjust to the rooms. Few rooms that were occupied by other guests and were to be handed over by 11 as per promised were also not handed over until 12 to 2pm. Post rooms, the message up began with the quality when flush for most rooms were not operational, leakage of ac water in multiple rooms that screwed bags and clothes including water clogging in my own room that also spoiled my one event attire.. the phones were not working in even single room for us to...

This is one of the largest physical adventure resorts near Pune.

Very impressive property, landscape beautifully, none of the activities are overlapping or installed at congested location. Wery well designed activities.

Coming to sections: The property is divided into below sections: Water activities, (swimming pool, rain dance, water slides. Indoor section: pool, table tennis, carrom and other games. Children play area: physical activities for children and even adults can also enjoy, this is one of the impressive section too. Adults activities, rides and paid / third party activities. USP zip line is here along with climbing wall, rappelling and archery. 5.dining area Halls Resort (rooms for stay)

Pros: A. Well trained staff never says no to a valid request. B. Adequate safety equipments are available at each station. C. Well trained and humble activities staff.

Cons: A. Lack of supervision: Even though there is adequate manpower they are casually attending guests and I have not seen any supervisor monitoring the rush, staff to accommodate rach guest. B. Ignorance toward cleanliness: Same issue with cleaning staff, staff is around but we can see visible particles in pool, if we are accomodating hundreds of guests in pool, filters should be powerful and working all the time. C. Life guards with flashy dress codes are missing near pool. D. Overall cleanliness at restrooms, changing rooms, shower cubes is average.

Food and menu: Personally I am disappointed with food and menu selection. Having such state of art kitchen, quality stuff used, this restaurant can serve upscale food experience but actually food is just average, the mains we had were: dhokla, fries, salad, paneer bhaji, mix veg, roti, dal, gulabjam. There are lot many things can be added from nearby farms like watermelon, raw mango, mango pulp or panhe, etc. Mains can easily accomodate 1 local dish at least masale bhat.

Again supervision is missing and kitchen staff is unable to serve buffet to guests resulting long queue for lunch... Disappointed. I called restaurant manager, he listen to me promptly but still they unable to handle service.

Zip line is a memorable experience, in fact all activities are memorable. I am really impressed about this property but management here must focus on small points to deliver the best to each guest specially when you in a business of serving big amount of visitors.

I would love to see changes and I recommend this place if you are ok with the menu and ready for average experience.

I do have pics but I would be more happy to release pics with pending 2 stars making the visits...

We recently visited Khed Shivapur Resort for a team outing, and it turned out to be a truly memorable experience!

Our journey began early morning by bus. Though the route to the resort was a bit tricky — with a narrow one-way kachha road passing through farmland — it gave a very raw and natural countryside vibe. The surrounding views were breathtaking, with lush green hills and pure nature all around.

Upon arrival, we were warmly welcomed and given wristbands for easy access. The breakfast was amazing — poha, uttapam, sambar, butter/jam bread, and hot tea — everything was fresh and delicious.

Since it was monsoon, we started with indoor games. From carrom, chess, pool, mini football to other fun games, we all had a great time bonding.

Once the rain stopped, we jumped into outdoor adventure activities — and this is where the real thrill began! We enjoyed:

Rope walking

Zig-zag net climbing

Tyre walk with full safety gear

Then came lunch, which was decent. Not extraordinary, but good enough — paneer sabzi, salad, khaman, papad, dal-chawal, etc.

Post-lunch, we had even more fun! One of the highlights was the Zipline (Flying Fox) — a long rope tied from one tall platform to another, and we slid across it with helmets and harnesses. The view while gliding mid-air was just WOW! Totally thrilling.

We also enjoyed:

Archery and air rifle shooting

Wall climbing with a bell at the top — a great tracking-style challenge

Next up — we hit the swimming pool and danced like crazy! There was also a beautiful waterfall-like fountain structure with stones where we clicked some amazing photos — definitely Instagram-worthy.

Finally, we had evening snacks — bhajiyas, tea, and biscuits, followed by a few more activities and a lot of group pictures before checking out.

Final Verdict:

The place is perfect for group outings — whether it’s monsoon, summer, or winter. The natural beauty, fun-filled activities, and peaceful surroundings make it ideal in every season. Beautiful natural setting, lots of games (indoor and outdoor), and a good balance of fun and adventure. Just be mindful of the entry road — but once you're in, it’s a complete paisa vasool experience.

👉Star Rating: 4 out of 5

Why not 5?

1 The entry road could be better.

2 Lunch was okay, not excellent.

3 Some activities could be more organized.

But overall, the experience, natural vibe, and variety of activities make this resort totally worth...

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Prathamesh Resort in Khed Shivapur, and I must say that it was a delightful experience. From the moment I arrived, I was impressed with the warm and friendly welcome from the staff, which set the tone for the rest of my stay. The resort itself is situated amidst the serene surroundings of Khed Shivapur, providing a peaceful and relaxing ambiance. The well-maintained gardens and lush greenery added to the overall charm of the place, making it a perfect retreat from the hustle and bustle of city life. Accommodation at Prathamesh Resort was top-notch. I stayed in one of their cottages, and it was spacious, clean, and well-appointed. The cottage was equipped with all the necessary amenities, including a comfortable bed, air conditioning, and a private balcony offering stunning views of the surrounding landscape. The overall setup provided a sense of privacy and tranquility that made my stay even more enjoyable. The resort's recreational facilities were impressive as well. They have a well-maintained swimming pool, which was perfect for a refreshing dip during the day. Additionally, there were various indoor and outdoor games available for guests, ensuring that there was never a dull moment during the stay. One of the highlights of my visit was the delicious food served at the on-site restaurant. The restaurant offered a wide range of dishes, both local and international, and each meal was a treat to the taste buds. The courteous staff made dining even more enjoyable with their attentive service. The management and staff at Prathamesh Resort deserve special appreciation for their hospitality. They were always eager to assist and went above and beyond to ensure that guests had a memorable stay. Their professionalism and friendliness added a personal touch to the entire experience. However, I should mention that the resort is located a bit away from the city, so it's ideal for those seeking a peaceful retreat. If you're looking for a place close to the city's hustle and bustle, this might not be the best choice. In conclusion, my stay at Prathamesh Resort was fantastic, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway amidst nature's beauty. The serene ambiance, comfortable accommodation, delicious food, and excellent hospitality made it a truly memorable experience. I would certainly consider visiting again in the future.
