Radhamangal Colors Inn — Hotel in Maharashtra

we chose to have engagement function in this hotel as we heard dis hotel Was best in this premises but we were wrong may be every good review was abt der restaurant. To my surprise the service was pathetic. We came here from long almost 300-350km, what we get poor Ac poor chilling and excellent EXCUSES. Function Started We arrange gifts for our every guests and so d dinner for same numbers 250 (including kids also) and we saved enough gifts 40-50 But our 60-70 guests went back der home without having dinner. WHAT THEY AND WE HEARD FOOD WAS FINISHED AND UR TIME ALSO. They were indirectly saying GO HOME by der rubbish behaviour. We select dis inn despite having less number of guests we were supposed to get satisfied service but What we get empty stomach, Fraud (management said dey count 260+ dishes). Lies having another function at evening. And now dey r apologising for what happened yesterday so dat we don’t complain d owner.

It was my brother’s engagement and we were in very high spirits to enjoy the day with friends and family members, but because of the service along with food, everything got ruined. The dinner served was also pathetic and stale which made the food tasteless. But the manager seemed ignorant giving excuses about the whole episode, and we felt annoyed by this kind of negligence. Even my friends and family members were really unhappy about the entire episode. Went here for dinner on Rakshabandhan We made early reservation still it took around 10-15 mins to get the table as the manager wanted us to adjust on a 6 seat table and we had booked 8 seating table.

Captain (the one who takes order), Chef and Waiter had zero cordinate

It was already very late around 9.30 so we gave both starter and main course order together..

Soup was served without cutlery which ver given after 2 mins of serving soup..

Sizzler starter came on table sizzled for 2-4 mins made all its glorious presentation after that the plates came then it took around 3-5 mins for the spoon n forks... lovely service

Main course came after an hour Serious issue with the service Food was ok ok veg jalfreji (fried veggies)was exactly same as mix veg paneer tikka masala was good we had order triple schezwan rice and we forgot that we had ordered it, it came after we had asked for finger bown

RadhaMangalam is becoming the worst in Yavatmal city. We had a function at this place and the customer service is so poor, they must have taken special training to be so bad and poorly managed. When recently we asked for the final bill, their assistant manager increased the amount on final bill and did not tell me till the end. His name is Naresh Chand Tripathi. When our guest arrived, they were given uncleaned rooms. Staff started cleaning the outside of room after our guest arrived. Fans and light in side room do not work. Our guest were locked out of their room several times and the card key had glitch and needed to be reset several times.
