A Perfect Blend of Luxury and Serenity! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I recently stayed at Radisson Resort and Spa Lonavala, and my experience was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the welcoming atmosphere and the beautiful surroundings. Accommodation: The rooms are spacious, impeccably clean, and thoughtfully designed with modern amenities. My room had a stunning view of the lush greenery, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. Small details like complimentary toiletries, a well-stocked minibar, and excellent room service made the stay even more enjoyable. Dining: The food here is simply divine! The multi-cuisine restaurant offers a wide range of dishes, from authentic Maharashtrian flavors to international delicacies. I highly recommend trying their local specialties. The breakfast buffet was a highlight – plenty of choices, all fresh and delicious. Facilities: The resort boasts a luxurious spa where I had one of the most relaxing massages ever. The pool area is clean and well-maintained, offering a perfect spot to unwind. There’s also a fully equipped gym and beautifully landscaped gardens that are great for morning walks. Service: The staff deserves special mention. They were friendly, attentive, and always willing to go the extra mile to ensure my stay was comfortable. Every request was handled promptly and with a smile. Location: Situated in the heart of Lonavala, the resort is close to key attractions like Bhushi Dam and Lion’s Point. Despite its proximity to these tourist spots, the resort feels like a peaceful haven, away from the crowds. Overall Experience: Radisson Resort and Spa Lonavala is perfect for a weekend getaway, a romantic retreat, or even a family vacation. The combination of top-notch facilities, excellent service, and the tranquil setting makes it one of the best resorts I’ve ever visited. I can’t wait to return! Highly recommended!

A Boutique Escape with Thoughtful Experiences Our recent stay at Radisson Resort & Spa, Lonavala was a beautifully curated boutique experience that stood out not just for its scenic location, but for the attention to detail across every touchpoint. The property itself is designed with a unique aesthetic, earthy tones, rock textures, and wooden elements that create a calm, grounded atmosphere. It doesn’t feel like a typical chain hotel; rather, it offers a warm, intimate vibe that feels deeply connected to nature. From the minute you enter, the space invites you to slow down and enjoy. What truly made the experience special were the thoughtfully designed activities that go beyond the usual hotel itinerary. Among them, the Cooking and Mixology Sessions were definite highlights. During the cooking session, we got to create our own fresh salad from a spread of ingredients, simple, but surprisingly fun and therapeutic. The Mixology Session followed with a hands-on mocktail-making experience, where we crafted a delicious Kiwi Cooler with the guidance of a skilled mixologist. These activities weren’t just add-ons, they felt personal, engaging, and well thought-out, making us feel part of something more than just a stay. Adding to the charm were beautiful, unannounced touches like live sitar music playing softly in the background during breakfast or early evenings, a soulful element that truly elevated the ambiance and made the environment feel immersive and serene. From the interiors to the curated experiences, Radisson Lonavala offers more than a getaway, it delivers a thoughtfully crafted retreat where nature, comfort, and culture meet effortlessly.

Absolutely stunning property to visit during monsoon, the staff is caring and the food is exceptional. Thoroughly enjoyed their Chole Kulcha though Dal Baati was definitely above average. Brownie with icecream was killer as well. This includes evening snacks like Vada Pav and other quick bites. Make your own Raita was nice and desserts in buffet were plenty. Two areas where they need to work being a five star is - One is overall sustainability. They can avoid those plastic bottles small, medium, big so the way from stay rooms to conference everywhere there was same. Overall sense of saving the water, air, soil even with centralised AC running in the rooms in that weather could be slightly controlled. Bathtub in balcony don't know what novelty it brings considering the massive water footprint. Second area the sound management on the room which was facing their entrance corridor with balcony during rainy season or windy season. The balcony had hanging bamboo mats constantly banging with the grill. This ensured one can't sleep with balcony door open despite having a splendid green view and fresh air breeze. There were eternal bird calls from the same region but the banging noise was a problem. Overall please do visit this place to get wet and enjoy rains.

Very disappointing and rude behaviour from staff. They urged us to write a review just few hours after check in, and after we gave a good review, they completely spoilt our experience. It was very shocking that a popular property like this is managed so badly.

The staff here is quite bad at communication among themselves and also with guests. I booked two rooms for two nights and after the first day, they forced us to change rooms. We were not willing to change rooms as my mom was unwell and had slipped in the room and hurt her knee. When they kept pressuring us to move by saying that the building would be facing power cut as part of some construction work, we asked them to check us out after one night stay. However, then they told us that check out won't be possible as it was beyond 4pm. With my mom being hurt and constant calls from hotel to move the room forcibly, my dad was very stressed.

We kept getting several calls from the staff from 1pm when they initially asked us to shift the room. Each time they would come with different stories and say they want to check with the manager of we can check out but they wouldn't get back until 4pm to ultimately tell us that check out can't happen after 4pm. Because of the lack of clarity and confusion from their end, we were stressed and couldn't do the afternoon activities which we were looking forward to.

One goes for a holiday to relax and enjoy with family, not for being pestered by uninformed staff and being forced to move rooms in the middle of the stay while one's parents are unwell after getting hurt after suffering from a fall.

They tried to manage the situation by giving us an upgrade, however the next morning we got their calls to vacate the room early or we might be charged for half day for using the room. Even after knowing that my parents weren't well and the whole fiasco and confusion that they created, they still couldn't be least understanding to give us little more time to check out from the room.

The only relief, if at all, was the fact that they arranged a wheelchair for my mother.

First review which they asked us to post just few hours after check in. The activities mentioned like glass painting and cooking session were one's we were looking forward to but couldn't do because of the mismanagement by the staff.

The resort is very nice to come with famiy and have a good time. It has many activities like karaoke, glass painting, cooking session, etc. which is amazing so that one can try various things and...

Extremely Disappointing Experience – Not Expected from a Brand Like Radisson

I stayed at Radisson Resort Lonavala from 27th July for 2 nights, along with friends and family, to celebrate two special occasions – a friend’s birthday and a couple’s 25th marriage anniversary. We were a group of 13 people, and to ensure a smooth experience, we pre-booked a table at their restaurant ‘Hirkani’ for 9 PM.

To our shock and utter disappointment, when we arrived at the restaurant, the table we had reserved was already occupied by another group. Despite our prior reservation, we were asked to split up and sit separately at different tables – completely ruining the spirit of togetherness we had planned for this celebration.

When I politely insisted that we be seated at the table we had reserved, the response from the staff – especially a manager named Simon – was appalling. His exact words were “Jaha baithne bola hai waha baitho” (Sit where you are told), delivered in a rude and dismissive tone. This was insulting and deeply humiliating, especially after spending over ₹2 lakhs on a villa expecting a premium experience from a reputed hotel brand.

We were made to feel like we were at the mercy of the staff rather than valued guests. No apology, no empathy – just arrogance and high-handedness from this manager named Simon.

For a resort that positions itself as a luxury destination, this kind of disrespectful behavior and lack of basic hospitality is absolutely unacceptable. Our special occasions were overshadowed by this bitter experience, and I would strongly caution others to reconsider their choice if they are expecting professional service and respectful treatment.

Radisson Lonavala seriously needs to retrain their staff on guest management, service ethics, and how to handle reservations professionally. Until that is done, I cannot recommend this property to anyone looking for a smooth, respectful, and celebratory stay.

I will not credit of other attendees from this hotel like Ravi, Aftab GM himself and few others who tried to calm down the situation but we really don’t expect such service from the brands...

I am a member and have stayed at Radisson properties before so it wasnt a brainer we booked Radisson Lonavla for our babymoon. We booked a superior room for 2 nights through their app (4-6th August) and mentioned we would need a higher floor. Also the view as per the photo on the app shows a mountain view from the balcony now that is what you ll look for right if you planning a stay close to nature. On the day of check in we were given a room on the 1st floor with the view of 2 building structures from our balcony and that was the first let down, secondly while booking through app the member price showed was 11.5k per night (we did a booking 3-4 days in advance) and guess what on the day of check in it showed 9.5k per night for the same room. We honestly felt cheated. We spoke with the person at the reception for both the above issues and their answer was we only have room on the first floor please come and check with us tomorrow at 10am Yes the prices dropped but you booked through app and at that time and we cannot change it.

Honestly, we felt cheated! Why would i sign up to your membership when this is what you have to offer? We have had great hospitality at Radisson Alibaug and Karjat and we thought this would be the same but we were wrong. Not once we sat in our balcony our babymoon stay was such a let down. We asked them if they could upgrade us for one night if that is a higher floor and they said we need to pay 3k more . Now the funny part is the room they were upgrading us to was Deluxe and the price on the app was less than what we had booked superior room for and they were asking us to pay 3k more i mean whateven is this hospitality!

The only thing we loved was food and the staff at the restaurant. Their tea is fantastic!

If you are in Lonavala i would say skip this one because you might get better stays close to nature for the same price . If you want a place to dine you can try their restaurants thats all!

Also we did check on the room the next day when they said they ll check and let us know but they never...
