Raigad Agro Park — Hotel in Maharashtra

Scenic beauty!! Best thing about this place is that greenery. Maybe in summer it's not up to that scenic because of the hot weather, It is still worth visiting this place to stay if someone is planning to visit mahad and raigad fort. First confirmed the availability of the room and then only visit. Raigad agro park is quite spacious and well planned. Neat and clean. Many plants and trees around. We booked normal room for a day stay and it's good considering the rate. There are other categories also and that may be with other facilities. About service - here one need to place order before 5 pm for food so they can serve accordingly. After that they unabled to make the arrangement. Anyways we can go outside and have the food. Food quality is good at raigad agro park. Home made food taste with reasonable rate. Location and atmosphere awesome. Reached there in the night at around 11 pm to stop over and rest for the night with my friends. First of all, we got a very unfriendly welcome by the supervisor Sanket. Then, we were shown our room which at first looked decent just to sleep but once we saw the washroom, it was full of insects and big black ants and flies, mosquitos and lizards. The bed has flies on the sheets, there were ants on the floor. We could just not sleep there. Even though it was non refundable, we decided to leave the place and went and stayed at another place. While leaving, we met Sanket and addressed the issue to him, there was no response, no apology and no interest whatsoever. He just opened the gates for us and we left. I am from the customer service industry and I think 10 times before giving a bad review but when bad service is backed up with bad attitude and arrogance from the staff, I do not hold back. A Deeply Disappointing Experience Our stay at this property was nothing short of awful. The rooms were filthy and felt like they hadn't been opened or cleaned in days. The bathrooms were in a terrible state, dirty and unhygienic, with insects crawling all over the room and toilets.

We arrived late at night, exhausted, only to be greeted with an unwelcoming attitude by the caretaker, Sanket, who gave us disgusted looks instead of offering any assistance. We tried to settle in, but after walking around and seeing the condition of the place, it was clear we couldn't spend the night there.
