Raj Holiday Home — Hotel in Maharashtra

Raj holiday Home ..we got to know this holiday home through Agoda and Goibibo. I did booking through website but due to mediator website there was some confusion and finally booking was cancelled, hence amount refunded. Here comes Raj and family into picture and they offered room on personal capacity and decent price. First of all aunty and his son Raj are really pleasent Konkani people who are educated and well behaved. About property- this is a pleasent bungalow with lake in surrounding and a temple nearby, while beach is also very close. I personally like the natural gift of trees and the green surrounding around which is blessing. Rooms are quite spacious with ample light. Cleanliness is not an issue at all. Sit out area is equipped with. Sofas, dinning table. Bluetooth speaker is also available if guests want to enjoy small party. View from balcony and sit out area is very pleasant due to natural surroundings. Nature in raw form is the main attraction. Food- Aunty cooks very delicious food and hygience also seems above mark. I personally like the sweet she provides a lot.

What you need to know before visit If driving your own car dont take the bypass route but follow akshi bridge side route. Bypass route is having a very narrow bridge that accomodates only one cae at a time. So upcoming traffic both side is some how problematic. Reverse parking may be little effort consuming for incumbent though its manageable for experience people. Flower pots should be placed judiciously to avoid this issue.

An almirah can be placed in rooms.

As in whole Mr. Raj and family are very nice host and they know how to treat guests.

I had a wonderful experience staying at Raj Holiday Home. The service provided was top-notch, and the owner Mr. Raj was extremely cooperative and helpful throughout my stay. The whole family members went above and beyond to ensure that we had a comfortable and enjoyable time.

One of the highlights of our stay was the delicious food that was served. The meals were prepared with great care and attention to detail. Each dish was perfectly cooked and had excellent quality. We truly enjoyed every bite.

Moreover, the warm and welcoming atmosphere at Raj Holiday Home made me feel like a part of their family. The owner treated us with utmost respect and made sure that all our needs were met. It was truly a heartwarming experience to be treated like a family member.

Found this place from a reference and glad to have found it. Recently spend the Eid weekend here. From a homestay point of view, this place is quite good. Very nice spacey, cosy place and well maintained. The rooms are will lit with all basic utilities including good AC. The bathroom is clean and not smelly. ;) Each room in ground floor had its own dining space. There is a play area for kids and lots of hammok to lie around. I liked the setup, for a cool evening, nice place to chill around for a weekend. The place has provision for music system and party area. Even loud music is aloud. The best part is hospitality. The owner and his family are really nice and so polite. They supported with all our requests and made it happen. Even so they got a special omlette made for a makeshift Father's day surprise. :) :) Also short notice request for drinks - tea, chaas etc. It had more of resort/hotel like feel with homely emotions. ;) They even guided us with directions and places to reach fast like entry to Nagaon beach with our car to avoid much walking.

Definitely recommend...
