Rajmudra Beach Resort — Hotel in Maharashtra

It's been 2 days since I have left this place but I just can't get over it. My experience of living in this beautiful luxury beachfront wooden cottage was just amazing. Roshan sir and kasturi ma'am are always there with all the guest's from the beginning till checkout. They personally attend all the guest's and help you in any need like medical assistance etc. I have listed down all the things to be enjoyed while your stay: • All Covid measures are followed and everything is well sanitized. • There are 2 private cottage reducing unwanted crowd which makes it easy to follow social distancing and is very peaceful to live. •Healthy Homemade hot food right from breakfast,lunch and dinner both veg and non veg is served. • Beach is literally seen from your balcony. You can start your early morning walk or watch beautiful sunset for a evening stroll. • There are sunbeds and a swing to chill anytime with your pals. • All Luxury ammenities are provided like private gazebo for lunch and dinner, on site parking, room service etc. • The cottage is well equipped with AC,24/7 hot water , clean big bathroom with shower, luggage storage, TV, mini fridge, free WiFi, complimentary toiletries and snacks, charging points, a private beachfront balcony, premium bedding, kid Friendly environment. • It is an ideal honeymoon stay for couple's due to its romantic setting and even for families with kids or a friend's group. • They make events like your anniversary, birthday's, honeymoon etc extra special by taking surprise requests. Amidst the Coronavirus Outbreak and after sitting at home for more than 8 months, we needed a break. So we decided to take a couple of days off and visit Malvan for a peaceful Anniversary celebration trip. We had checked for properties close to the beach and found this place on Google maps and booked it on phone. When we reached the destination, Mr. Roshan Achrekar (co-host at Rajmudra Beach resort) escorted us from the Malvan bus depot. As we reached the resort, Mrs. Kasturi Achrekar welcomed us with the Covid safety measures (Temperature and Oxygen level checks). As I entered the room, I was extremely thrilled and delighted to see the dazzling room decoration done by Roshan and Kasturi. They had planned the surprise alongwith my Husband and I was on Cloud nine when I experienced it. Moreover they also planned a romantic dinner for us, decorated a Gazebo and a lovely dinner table. All of that was splendid and beyond expectation. Thanks to Roshan and Kasturi for all their efforts. The location of this resort is just perfect, you get the view of Sindhudurg fort and a silent, serene and clean beach. The resort is on Dandi beach which is close to major tourist spots but at the same time secluded and away from all the crowd and hassle. We loved the authentic taste and quality of food which is made by Mrs. Kasturi herself. Both Roshan and Kasturi were at our service whole day long and they made us feel very very special. We stayed in this resort from 4 to 8 June 2023. It's on Dandi beach, malvan . 50 MTR from the beach. Pros: The location is excellent. The rooms are very clean and neat. All modern amenities are available. Breakfast was simple, Ghavan, Pohe, Eggs etc but very tasty. It was one of our memorable vacation. Mr Pradeep the care taker was very helpful and good cook. For kids he made Maggie, french fries , break fast at any time within short period. Sindhudurga fort is walking distance from here. There are lots of eating joints within 2 to 3 KM Atithi bambu has best of the malvani food for veg and Nonveg people. Shirgaonkar is also good. There is a weekly market on monday where you will get all konkani products from Kaju to Mango, kokum, different types of rice varieties. Tarkarli beach is 35 min by auto, and Devbag is 50 min by auto. It takes 1 hour by auto from kudal railway stn to this resort. Auto will take 800 -900 Rs. All Major trains , Tejas, Jan Shatabdi will halt at this station.

Cons: Dandi beach is called fishermen beach, you will see lots of fishing activities on this beach. Due to this there are many crabs and fishes on the sea shore. This beach is not that clean as compared to Tarkarli, Devbag beach. Snorkeling and water sports activities are at walkable distance,but they are closed from 25th May to October. So enquire before booking. This resort has only two cottages so some people may feel lonely as there is not much activity in the resort. Also getting booking is also not easy.
