NEVER EVER BOOK ROOMS OR VILLAS WITHOUT SEEING THEM IN PERSON ALSO DONT FALL FOR THEIR 4.5 RATINGS. THEY ARE WELL TRAINED TO MANIPULATE THINGS AND RATINGS. PLS SEE NEGATIVE RATINGS OF IRATED CUSTOMERS, ONLY THOSE SEEMS GENIUNE.

Pathetic property, services and staff. Also, there is no point of speaking to owners MAHESH and MADHURA PAWAR, if you are disappointed with their services or had any issues. All of them and their staffs are well trained to misguide people and get the bookings with fraud commitments. You will only get apologies and fake commitments of getting refund which they will never give.

We booked 2BHK VILLA well in advance before 2 weeks. Their sales person Omkar Pawar (Might be the relatives of owners) who immediately got disappeared on whatsApp and not even bothered to answer our calls once booking is done. Rest their well trained staff is their to apologize you once you reach the property as you are surely going to get disappointed. At the time of booking they will share old Villa pics when it was new, now the whole property is dirty, stinky and full of ants including rooms and swimming pool.

ACTUAL VILLA IS ON BACKSIDE OF THE MAIN ENTRANCE WHICH IS 5 MINS WALK FROM ENTRANCE AND HAS NO STREET LIGHTS. IN FACT IT IS NOT A PART OF HOTEL BUT THEY SHOW IT IN A WAY THAT YOUR VILLA HAS SPACIOUS ROOMS, ATTACHED SWIMMING POOL AND OTHER AMENITIES. IT IS ONLY A SIMPLE OLD STANDALONE BUNGLOW AND FOR OTHER AMENITIES YOU NEED TO WALK TOWARDS THEIR HOTEL WHICH IS OF 5 MINS WALK.

We reached late night at around 9pm and immediately got disappointed as we entered the villa from backside road without street lights. At entrance the room floor was full of RED ANTS which they removee and also room was stinky too wherein they sprayed some air freshner. After few mins ants appeared again and rooms started stinky smell. We immediately decided to move out from the villa and ask them to refund amount. Their staff agreed to it and meanwhile we started looking for other property late night. Luckily we got another cleaned villa rooms at landmark hotel for Rs 9000/- per night which is just 1 mins walk from ganapati pule entrance while we paid them Rs 10000/- per night for such dirty Villa.

When we spoke with owner Madhura Pawar sorry Advocate Madhura Pawar (This is what she said over call) who consider herself as a judge and gave a final verdict in favor of their own staff even after going through all pics shared with her over what'sapp. Only apology message was sent by her, but she didn't initiate refund despite knowing their team is doing fraud business. BUSINESS MATTERS!!Also, don't trust their office staff, especially Prabhakar who is on reception counter. Prabhakar assured us to arrange refund through GPAY by morning @ 10:30am. As expected no calls and again a false statement. When we visit again in afternoon, all those who were involved in our discussion got disappearer again and no one...

While searching holiday Inn in ganpatipule I was going through the reviews of many budget holidays Inn's in Google but mostly the reviews of these inns were not good ....... Then I call in Red stone ekdant holiday Inn.....& talked to the receptionist Monica madam.....on the call she was so polite & helpful that I decided to book this Inn for my 3days & 2nights stay.....& I must say it was my right decision..... Each & every staff members were very cooperative & helpful with a big smile on their face......specially Monica madam & room service boy Shahil....... Room & bathroom were clean with 24hrs hot water supply..... Though our 1st room's AC was not working properly but they try to solve it .....but when it didn't solve then they gave us another room..... Though their room service is little bit slow but whatever food they serve...it was freshly cooked......so slow service can be promoted.....or we use to order 2 - 3 hrs before...... They don't hv too many food items....as per their menu....but if you love to enjoy local konkan food then I must say just ask them to decide your menu & give them sufficient time to cook.....as I use to give order for lunch in the morning & for dinner in afternoon....& our delicious food was served on time...... There was a small garden in front of our room & they arranged our dinner & breakfast there which gives a pleasant ambience...... In breakfast they serve Poha, Upma & misal pav cooked by their local ladies.....& I must say it was perfectly taste as per konkan taste.....(as I prefer to hv only local food wherever I go coz they are expert in it)...... Their fish items were also superb 👌......as I found it fresh piece & freshly cooked...... Chicken handing chicken masala, egg Cury, bharela baigan & bhakhri were also good ....... They help us to call the auto & I find the auto driver was also very polite, cooperative & reasonable... that we booked him for all 3 days.... The atmosphere of this hotel is very peaceful & the surrounding is very greenery..... I must say that Overall our stay in Red stone ekdant holiday Inn was a good choice....& we will remember it & suggest others also....... They hv a another holiday Inn in alibaugh & whenever I will vist there I will going to...

I came across this place while searching for a good budget property for my stay in Ganpatipule. So we booked executive ac room via make my trip.

Pros -

Room - Since the it was off season we got an upgrade to superior rooms 😊 Room quality - Executive rooms were also nice considering the price,but the superior rooms were nice and spacious.

Food - There is no restaurant /dhaba near by so when it comes to food you have to order from their inhouse rooftop restaurant. Food was really delicious & the quantity was also good. We had Kaju masala which is a must try ✨ Dal tadka was superb. Veg Kolhapuri was also tasty,but Kaju masala was better Piping hot bhajiyas in the evenings sets the mood during rainy days.

Complimentary breakfast had an option of Poha / Upma - Tea / coffee (a little more variety or options like sandwich/ misal pav should be added I feel)

Poha was good, but upma tasted really bad. So we ended up eating poha for 4 days everyday in the morning. Other breakfast items were chargeable incase you don't want Upma / poha which is complimentary & included in your package.

Overall food was great.

Location - If you have your own vehicle then this property is better, since Ganpatipule mandir area is a bit crowded. This is located approx 2.5km from mandir so not walkable, but they do call up rickshaw when needed (Rs. 100 one way) up till mandir. But the view in monsoons is good, since this is located in a quiet place, away from the hustle & bustle

Service - Staff is very friendly & helpful. The boys who offer room service are quick & act fast. Reception staff is also friendly

Only thing missing was an intercom in each room that connected us to the reception. Also the green cloth which was spread all over the building obstructs the view from gallery. Pool should have been little more clean.

So overall i would say, the property is value for...
