Rustic Holidays — Hotel in Maharashtra

This post I'm specifically writing, not for any show off or to write sugar quoted talks... But sharing my live experience at Rustic Holidays...!||||||Unlike all of us, I had too planned my Summer vacation post pandemic & decided to try out visiting "Rustic Holidays" this time @ Tural, Sangameshwar. So accordingly all were done, tickets were booked etc. ||||But suddenly & most unfortunately... I was strike through Corona + Throat infection followed with whooping cough just prior 1 month to my trip at Rustic. And hence, we all became blue, hustle & bustle started in the house & I decided to cancel my trip and ask Shilpa for refund. Though, it was easily possible to her to be sorry for my health and refund my money immediately on cancelations but nope... she didn't! ||||||Please understand, Shilpa didn't do this for sake of money but she rather she advised me to be optimistic and hold on to my decision of cancelation. As she was pretty confident that, I'll get recover soon from medication & all gloomy, ambiguity will wipe off from our mind. & yes, it happened in same way. Within 4 days I came -ve & left only with coughing. As days passes, my health was improving & I thanked her for letting me to be hold on to my cancelation decision & finally I traveled to Tural @ Rustic Holidays. ||||But again, things did not stop here. On very 1st day at Rustic, I started vomiting consecutively in late evening due to acidity and poor health. Though I was bit on panic mode along with Shilpa & her husband, Nitin... both of them didn't fumble at all but stood strong & rushed to my cottage for immediate assistance. ||||What made me feels good was, Shilpa's & Nitin's optimism & caring attitude.  ||||||& this what I took away from Rustic Holidays that, they both aren't meant for mere services unlike other hotels but both of them will give you comfort feeling and make you feel as your own home only. ||||For them, it was possible to give me just medicine and go back to do their own job. But nope.. there immediate assistance & continuous mental support made me recover again and get well soon. Thank you so much dear Shilp||||||This is way I would say to all viewers, don't just judge book by reading its cover page. The inside story/ies of book can be known only if.. if you take efforts & interest to go ahead and read it. Same way, may be reviews, pics & post of other people who had visited at Rustic earlier will just show you the outer layer of Rustic but to know & enjoy... You lively need to visit there at least for once & take live experience.  Then only may be you can developed with trust factor and genuinely enjoy your vacation at Rustic Holidays. ||||||I really had very good experience + I enjoyed a lottt there & I'm pretty confident about my next trip/vacation at Rustic Holidays only...

Believe me! There is Heaven - Rustic Holidays!

As the world had evolved and changed so has the Heaven.. These days it’s known by the name "Rustic Holidays".

We were fortunate enough to spend about a week there. The blessings is that you get all the time and peace for yourself... NOT even any network can follow you.. :). Mobiles and internet have no entry.. all technologies fail here. All you get is quality TIME, SERENITY, PEACE, CARE, LOVE and NATURE in abundance! What else would you need for a most awaited rejuvenating vacation?

…the experience begins right from the moment you enter the place... you get Greeted by Shilpa with a 'Nazar Utaro" ceremony. Followed by natural cold water & jaggery which gives you instant out of the world feeling, especially after a long drive.

The cottages we so call these days are nothing but very aesthetically designed village home that gives you very cozy feeling and believe me you will never miss TV/ AC or Mobiles.. You can just relax for hours inside with beautiful music by nature that’s produced and directed by the birds that you would not have ever seen in real life before.

Your 24 hours are doubled as you start experiencing the art or doing nothing but just the following.. Bird Watching, Farm Gazing, Day Dreaming, Healthy Feeling, Home Delicacies with Konkan Flavour, gyan on historic local events that the Karkare family can very beautifully explain their 200 years of family history and evolution in Tural.

For animal lovers too there is delight.. there are amazingly loving 2 dogs both with varieties of love to offer :) Meet BUZO the Lab.. most loving and pampered kiddo.. and his local breed elder Bro PANDU.

Finally few words for Nitin and Shilpa – You guys are the best hosts.. Actually hospitality starts with you there.. I will always remember my Birthday cake that was baked right in front of me making it the most memorable Birthday ever in my life!! Thank you!

We will return soon with the Cherry to Top-it next time!

Though we went alone.. but now we have a family! One week has changes our lives.. :)

I strongly recommend Rustic Holidays to everyone .. a MUST visit...

To enjoy diwali in its true spirit of calm and positivity; we booked our stay at Rustic Holidays a beautiful homestay run by Mr. & Mrs. Karkare at Tural.||They have converted their 200+ years old ancestoral home into a serene homestay. Gopalkrishna mandir at the entrance adds to the positive and spiritual vibes of the place.The house is a typical konkani home with padvi, maaj ghar, devghar, osari surrounded by lush green plantations of supari, coconut, rice plantations and fruits like chickoo ,passion fruit ,jackfruit. The property is very well maintained with accommodation in traditional konaki thatched mud cottages.We throughly enjoyed chilling in super cool waters of hauud.||Both Mr and Mrs Karkare fondly called as mama and mami make you feel at home and personally provide for any requirements. Gappa Goshti time with both of them is an enriching experience as they share interesting stories of this place and surrounding areas with historic references.||The food is simple and mostly cooked from all organic fresh veggies from their garden. The food is cooked on traditional earthen stove (maatichi chool). Shilpa Karkare mami ensures that all guestes are treated to traditional konkani delicacies humbly served on banana leaves ! Truly rustic in every aspect.. ||They own cute pair of lab puppies shaun and shaina who are absolutely adorable and super friendly. Raja a few months old calf with his mother cow live in their cow shed. The 2 kittens kauu and chiman and a cat named bokoba gave us company during meals.||Many other festivals are celebrated in traditional way at rustic holidays such as diwali, janmashtami, shimga.. for ladies they have a special stay called as "चला जाऊ माहेरा...", which i am sure must be an one of a kind experience. ||Anvita is looking forward to attend "मामाच्या गावाला जाऊया" a summer camp which they have been conducting for age group 5 to 15 yrs since many years. ||With no wifi or mobile signal we could get a much required digital detox ! ||#rusticholidays |#konkanhomestay |#digitaldetox |#mustvisitplace...
