Sai Krupa Hotel Kaka Pure Veg. — Hotel in Maharashtra

Worst experience staying at this place. Cannot call this a hotel for sure. No proper service, no food, no safety, not even child friendly. This lodge has a total of 4 staff members running around for all chores hence service was bad..there was not even intercom facility n staff would keep their mobile phones switched off for most part of the day. Most of time there was no electricity n staff would rather save money than turning on generator backup. Location is really far for the temple hence not suitable for commute, you won't even get auto easily. This lodge is located on Highway, at night the staff would keep all doors open n sleep inside their rooms.. there was not even any security at main gate n hence totally unsafe place for anyone. Moreover, the new lady owner is really greedy n rude- charging additional money for slightest of things. We just asked for helping boil milk brought by us for our baby n hotel staff asked additional money to do so. So you can imagine what kind of horrible...

Please don’t stay here even as a last option. You would be better off sleeping in your car. The water - welcome to 1800s. Muddy water. They blame it on the rain. Ever heard this excuse before? The room service - What is that? Asked the receptionist. Unclean toilets, bugs of all different sizes, and a swarm of mosquitoes that can cover ever inch of your blood vessels. If we ask for service, they don’t care. (we paid the total amount upfront that’s a mistake, because we trusted them) Electricity - They probably try to save electric bill by shutting down power at night. They have a generator but they want to save fuel at the cost of your sleep.

This is a hotel that is trying to make money with no effort or care for their customers. If you are really in need for a room, please consider other alternatives.

Note: please do not pay the whole amount in any hotel when you checkin. You will at least get...

Worst experience of our life,booked through make my trip.When we actually reached the hotel,it was in shambles,large scale construction going on with filth and construction material strewn over.The only people visible there were workers and one very shabby, impolite, clueless,rude so called manager.Couldn't stay there for even minute.One tile almost landed on my son's head while entering the doomed place.There was no place to sit in the so called reception areawith 3 very dirty chairs soiled with distemper and paints.

We left that ugly place and not a single refund from make my trip,fight is on,let's see.

Nothing nearby that place,you have to go far to get something to eat. Worst, worst...
