Seasons Beach Resort — Hotel in Maharashtra

We were a group of 4 ppl. Completely disappointed with the service.

Staff- rude staff Its a family who operates this resort. The family seems to be very rude and reluctant at working. They usually give 2 ppl in one room. But since it was a long weekend and the rooms were full he agreed to accommodate 4 ppl in a room with taking in some extra money. They will provide only 2 towels for one room even if you have given them extra money for extra people. Also they are so lazy that they will not walk to the room to give you the towels or water bottle. They will hand over the towel to the person who is on the guest on the ground floor and expect him to walk up to the room and give the towel. The handspray in washroom does not work.

Food The food is ok. They will keep asking you what u want for lunch or dinner and try that you dont go outside to have food. Malvan is way to big to explore in terms of food. Also the food is very expensive. It seems the quantity is exactly weighed before serving it.

Rooms Neat and tidy. Too small for the rate. The tv does not work. Plus less number of...

Location -We have visited the resort with family. The location is great and near to the beach. This place is a bit away from the main Malvan market but easily accessible. Room- Rooms are dull and not lit properly. It is congested for 3 people. The rooms seems to be old and not maintained. Service- The caretaker is not friendly. He will try to serve food from his kitchen which is expensive and average in taste as compared to other restaurants in Malvan. It is better to explore other restaurants in Malvan. We stayed for 3 days but they didn't bother to clean the room or change the bedsheet. We requested it on the 3rd day and they cleaned. Other than the exotic location of the resort we were highly disappointed with the overall experience...

I have just been to this place (10-13 Nov2021). Truly this resort is blessed with nature connection. It has got its private beach just 20 steps away from your room. Most importantly this beach is very clean and safe for your family. Resort staff is very well mannered and always ready to help you. Food has got 5star rating. Most authentic cuisine of Malvan region. Resort owner has helped us in getting train tickets confirmed from Mumbai. Such a nice gesture. 200% recommendation from me. You must visit this place. They have tie ups with rental cars and drivers are very very safe and aware about all the nearby location so just relax and enjoy your stay at Malvan. Season Beach...
