Note: My reviews are for my 1 day & night stay in the resort and I stayed in Cozy Cottage. My overall experience was not good for the stay, however the property can be a good option for a day trip only. Positive - 1. Staff attitude is friendly and positive except the receptionist. They try to help and fulfill your request with whatever limited means available to them. 2. Outdoor Activities are good for both adults and child. Zip-line and big swimming pool is special mention. Negative - 1. Lunch not included in the Stay Package. This was a big negative for my family. Their check-in time is 2 PM and no lunch provided when you reach at the resort. We travelled for 2 hours from Pune to reach there and had plan to have lunch in the resort restaurent itself even if it would be on paid basis. But the receptionist told us that the restaurant lunch time is over (surprisingly at 2.15 PM) and we were advised to have lunch from outside. 2. Rooms were not ready even after keeping the check-in time at 2 PM. We reached the resort reception at 2.15 PM, after completing check-in formalities we went outside to have our lunch and came back at 4 PM but still the rooms were not ready. And it was almost 5 PM by the time we got the room completed. 3. No mode to connect to reception, restaurant or housekeeping from the room. There was an intercom phone in the room which was not getting connected to any facilities. So you have to literally go out of the room to search the staff for anything you need. The receptionist gave a contact number of reception which was answered only as per their wish.

Our stay at Sejal’s World Resort was truly memorable and refreshing. The resort is beautifully located right beside a lake, offering an amazing view and a calm natural atmosphere all around. The lake-side rooms are spacious, clean, and well-maintained with all necessary amenities. The sitting area facing the lake is the perfect place to relax, enjoy your tea, or just sit back and soak in the peaceful surroundings. The resort has plenty of options for fun and recreation – from outdoor and indoor games to a clean swimming pool and a lively DJ setup in the evening. There is even a conference hall for corporate events, which makes it suitable for both family trips and office outings. The Veg food was another highlight of our stay. They offer a wide variety of Veg onlydishes for breakfast, lunch, and dinner, all fresh and tasty. The staff deserves special mention for being very polite, cooperative, and attentive throughout our stay. Overall, the experience was excellent – AC rooms were comfortable, the property is well-kept, and it’s very economical for what it offers. If you’re looking for a relaxing break close to nature with great service and value for money, Sejal’s World Resort is definitely worth visiting.

Re writing this review. Got food poisoning to may entire team and i suggest you to not visit this place. I am going to change below review but literally got vomiting from last night and dint have strength to write this.Never visit this place ..Our all team members are fallen sick and i request sejal worlds to refund our whole money. This place should be checked with government authorities for food related things and needs to take an appropriate action on sejals world Taken package of Rs 1400 and it was not worth it to be very honest.l mean food was good which includes breakfast, lunch and evening snaks.we tried lot adventure sport and swiming pool was good.Agro tourism is really good industry but there is lot of things they can improve on for eg . There is no mangement of crowd when theres lot of groups/ people visit at a same time. Also Areas around turf was badly smelling due to waste. There was only 2 cars available for go karting. Personally i like location of the place as you just need to be on pune bangalore high way and there is only one turn if you are traveling from Pune. Overall experience is below average or can say average.

I recently visited Sejal Resort with my family and unfortunately, our experience was far from satisfactory. The resort seemed deserted as there were literally no other guests except for us. This lack of activity gave us an immediate sense of concern about the popularity and upkeep of the property.

To make matters worse, it became evident that the resort was not maintained at all. The overall cleanliness and maintenance standards were severely lacking. We were particularly disturbed by the complete absence of security measures, especially towards the back side of the resort. The lack of lighting in that area made us feel unsafe, and despite our repeated calls for assistance, no one from the staff responded. We were left with no choice but to personally drive to the reception area to seek help. The manager, displayed a rude attitude towards us, which was highly unprofessional. As the manager, he should have been the one to provide us with assistance, but unfortunately, he failed to do so. It was only after interacting with other staff members that we were provided tent houses with proper lighting for safety purposes.

Moving on to the dining experience, the food at Sejal Resort was average, but the hygiene standards definitely left much to be desired. It was evident that more attention should be given to maintaining cleanliness and ensuring proper hygiene practices in the kitchen and dining areas.

Furthermore, the state of the washrooms was extremely disappointing. They emitted a strong, unpleasant odor, indicating poor sanitation and lack of regular cleaning.

The swimming pool at the resort was not well-maintained either, as it was infested with dragonflies. This lack of attention to the pool's cleanliness and upkeep made it unappealing for guests.

In terms of recreational activities, the indoor games area was not maintained at all. There was no staff available to oversee these facilities, making it impossible for guests to enjoy them.

Lastly, the absence of housekeeping services was quite surprising and disappointing. The lack of attention to cleaning and tidying up the rooms during our stay was noticeable and left us with a negative impression of the resort's overall management.

In summary, our experience at Sejal Resort was extremely unsatisfactory. The property was poorly maintained, lacked security measures, had average food quality with hygiene issues, unpleasant washrooms, a poorly maintained swimming pool, neglected indoor games area, and a complete absence of housekeeping services. I would strongly advise potential guests to consider these factors before choosing this resort as their...

Good for activities, Worse for stay. Dates visited: 19-21 Nov 2021 Purpose: casual. Went with my wife and 5 yo daughter. Price paid: 6000 per night all inclusive

Good about the park: The adventure activities are well managed. The staff is trained and they are kind. Pool was clean. Indoor games had plenty of options and indoor cricket area was also nice and well lit. Location is also a good and has good accessibility.

Bad: The park is designed for value for money for day activities for groups. The park is not suitable for couples who want to spend a few days at the resort. If you decide to stay, do it at your own risk ( I will advise not to stay)

The menu options are very bad. Templates are given: For breakfast - 2 items (like poha +idly, usually served cold) and bread butter jam For lunch - soup, 2 curry, roti, rice and dal, papad and 1 sweet For dinner - soup, 2 curry, roti, rice and dal, papad and 1 sweet All food have a lot of garam masala and is not really stomach friendly if you understand what I mean.

The overall feeling is of good dharamshala - as there are a lot of restrictions on the guests who decide to stay - like the breakfast starts at 9 am, pool starts at 10.30 (so you have to dive into the pool after breakfast), but the hot water is available until 10.30 only. There are similar times for everything at the resort. Many of the staff were dressed in uniforms but they were not washed since ages. The staff also look really dirty and they really need to take a bath sometimes. Seems like the management have penny pinched on every cost item and they do not like to focus on guests who want to stay. Like there are no toiletries in bath or there is not hot water kettle in room, the TV's dont function well, there are no door bells to the room etc. The cottage room is a large room, and is designed like a Dharamshala room, it has a balcony which mostly smelt really bad.

The food is mostly cold and there is nothing which is served hot (live counter). I felt short changed and really unhappy with my stay there. It had the potential to be a superb property, but the operations are not...

It was an amazing experience.

AC tent rooms were simply awesome nad are named uniquely...Beds were as good as trampouline. U also get some extra place for the couple to sit backside of the tent. U can sit and enjoy food also there. AC were working super cool. The roof the tent was beautiful and small mirrors like are studded in it, which shimmers in between.

Food was also good. The chef was too co-operative and served the hot food. U can take food in your rooms too.

Adults and kids both are kept quite busy because of all outdoor and indoor activities.

Safety measures are at their best for outdoor activities...Did major activities twice. Zipline and Cycling on the rope were two major Fun.

Indoor activities are limited. Net Cricket available.

The swimming pool was awesome. Kids and adults pools were adjacent.

Small Mountain like structure is made, where water flows from above giving u some what nature like experience. But the water here is too cold rather than the pool.

Rain dance is also available.

You just need to pay 250/- for single car in Go Darting and 350/- for couple car. Double pedal cycling can be done free in this area.

Little kids can explore their physical strength at their best. Many physical activities are there, which keeps them busy most of the time.

Two Rabbits were kept in a cage and few ducks were also petted over there in front of the cafe location on opposite side.

When you try your handa for Zipline, don't forget to look around! You can simply view the whole property with super ease and get mesmerized.

Sunset can also be enjoyed!

Sejal World is quite a big property.

Destination Weddings also take place here. Guests will be too busy with the activities than the wedding.

Overall, it was simply a playing experience. Everyone enjoys such a property surrounded by mountains from all side.

Way home, you can buy Onions at a very cheap rate. Rs. 10 for 1 kg. U can also buy whole grains as per your choice. Sugarcane Juices are a blessing while returning.

Wish to go once again at this super amazing vacation destination. Worth spending a one night stay at...
