Shantikunj Villa — Hotel in Maharashtra

The only and only good thing about this property is the location and the view that also if you get the front cottage . Please do not take back cottage as there are no views available and it is cramped. We were not told that there is no view available from the back cottages. The USP of this property is views but the caretaker has covered the entire cottage , windows with a sheet which cannot be even moved so people cannot even open windows . I will be attaching the pic for reference. Now coming to caretaker and his boss . extremely slow service and absolutely no value for time . They take years to provide breakfast and half of the things are not available even if you inform one day before. Secondly the portion size provided to us was also not enough . When we went there, the top room was given to us. However in d evening, he called us saying that the top room was actually booked by someone else and since they have come, he asked us to shift down to a much smaller room, which did not even have a window. I don't understand if the top room was booked by someone else, how could he take money from us and book it for us.
