SPOT ON 64585 Buninda Holiday Resort — Hotel in Maharashtra

I had a very disappointing experience at this restaurant, and I do not recommend it to anyone. The person at the cash counter, who also appeared to be the manager, was extremely rude and lacked basic manners when dealing with customers.

We initially ordered a veg sabji along with our main course. Later, we ordered the same sabji again as we needed more. However, the texture, taste, and quality of the second serving were completely different from the first. When we raised this issue with the manager, he refused to acknowledge or respond to our complaint.

During billing, we politely informed the manager that we had not eaten the second serving due to its poor quality and therefore would not be paying for it. Instead of addressing the concern professionally, he took us to the cash counter, where the cashier behaved in a shockingly rude and shameless manner.

To make matters worse:

The service was extremely slow.

They provided a handwash bowl filled with swimming pool water – completely unacceptable and unhygienic.

Overall, it was a terrible experience, a complete waste of money, and definitely not worth a visit. No star deserved for such poor service and...

We where given room no 105,Very bad.. The rooms stinked of cigarette, here was no hooks, geyser in the bathroom, even the bucket was missing in there, the room was small n dirty, there was dirt in every corner of the room, the woderob had termites, they didn't even have the courtesy to offer drinking water which we had to purchase from them . The stay was was a bad experience....

This is hotel is the worst one....rooms are worst quality...AC is broken and beds have bugs (ढेकुण) in it.. disavaiblelity of water... Bathroom was totally bad smelly & was not clean.. because of bed bugs i cant sleep whole night... gloomy ambience..guys for stay at night plz don't book this hotel at all.. there is no any tv no ac nathing.. totally worst...
