Srushti Farms — Hotel in Maharashtra

We booked the resort for a weekend stay but returned totally disappointed. The property is huge and was developed with lots of things kept in mind. However, it is now left to decay and most of the things are out of maintenance. To top it all, there's a lack of co-ordination between their sales/marketing dept and the staff on site. This is the first time ever where though we reached around 11.30am and check-in time is 1.00 pm and we were okay to wait till check in time, but we got the room only at 1.48 pm that too after arguing and escalating the matter. Having a toddler with us made this delay highly inconvenient for us ||After that we get the room for which we had paid 6000 for a night! It's ridiculously called "deluxe suite". I have never stayed in anything so low standard for even Rs.2000 nightly rate! The room had just a small bed, cheapest linen, 1 set of chairs and table and a phone. No television/ hooks or hangers for clothes/cupboard or shelf/ NOT EVEN A MIRROR! I had to use phone camera to comb my hairs as there isn't one in the toilet either. Only positive thing was a clean relatively new looking toilet but which again had nothing like a shelf/ dustbin/ mirror/ enough space..plain nothing!||Coming to food...it's buffet and menu is good. But though the dinner and breakfast was nothing much to complain of, I don't know why the lunch food was excessively oily. There was added oily gravy in every curry and it appeared highly unhealthy.||As already mentioned, the pool side, kid's rides etc were all out of maintenance. The changing room at pool side simply unhygienic. The slide pool that they so advertise of was always to be operational on some other timings than what was told to us. Lack of co-ordination between frot desk and pool side staff.||The boat ride charges were exorbitant @250 Rs per ride for 15 mins! And there's only 1 boat and a que of people waiting for their turn . There's a big indoor games room however it is out of maintenance and place is stuffed with garbage. I have never seen a property open to guests being so neglected.||||Coming to why I gave 3 stars and not 2 is: ||1. the good attitude of staffs other than the front desk who seem to be stressed out due to confusion created by their marketing team. ||2. Pool is a great one and option of slides make it better though we never got to enjoy them thanks to different timings told by different persons. We could however enjoy rain dance option.||2. The concept of bringing in experiences for the guests though at a lower standard. Here I mean having the facility of a boat ride. The option of camping at the riverside alongwith bonfire and live music coupled with stargazing through telescope. The live music was really good and they had also arranged for wine and dine option at the location for whoever wanted to. ||||They have a great location and a good property but maintenance and service really needs to...

I have had visited here 2 times till now and I can visit many more times. We had stayed there also and have done day pic nic also.

Its Its good if they could improve on few things.

Pros:

1. Its reasonable - 1999/- per person for stay including food (breakfast , lunch and dinner) and 799/- per day for one day picnic 9 am to 6 pm (breakfast, lunch and hi tea)
2. Good swiming pool, rain dance and few water slides
3. Indoor Games - caram, pool, tenis, ludo, and outdoor Cricket , badminton
4. Food taste is really good. It has 2 non veg (starter and gravy) dish and rest veg in buffet. Some kids menu to be added like Noodles, pasta, pizza etc in buffet.
5. We reached in 1 hour 15 mins from Thane from Nashik Highway. That is the best route.

Cons:

1. Rooms are old. Needs renovation, doors need new sunmika as it was broken. Deluxe room are really small and super deluxe room (kig bed + extendable sofa) were good.

2. We have to ask them to start Water slides and rain dance. No dedicated person to guide them or ask them on their own whether should we start rain dance? . The person sitting their without smile and we have to tell him.

Water slide pol water was dirty and smelly and has less water and it dint fill till end. Water pressure on slides was also less.

3)Indoor Games - No dedicated person to give games in the Game room. Have to go all the way to reception and take it. So if some one else have taken a game then you can take another game by paying refundable deposit but when that person is done playing, you can not take it directly from that person. He has to submit it to the reception and you have to go to reception and then take it.

4. Children play ground and activities like slides and other things are worn out and needs repairs . Still kids can play.

5. There are almost 2 storey structure with stairs for using Water Slides . Stairs are made of Iron and their verticle supports are broken at some places making it extremely unsafe and dangerous. It needs imediate repairs.

6. Indoor Games rooms need big fans like commercial as it was very hot inside and few fans were missing.

7. For day pic nic, we used lockers and the area was not clean. No chaging rooms near locker for people visiting...

I had been to Srushti Farms last week.

Probably the 1st time that I am writing a bad review in trip advisor for any place. Visited this place on 2nd July 2022 with my 8 friends. I would specifically make points on this resort. Our experience was not at all good. These are the points:

1.Hospitality : Talking about hospitality, the staff here is uncooperative and don't have manners to how to deal with customers.

Food : I think the worst experience till date i had with resort food. I will not complain on the food quantity but on the food quality and other stuff.

The catering staff is really rude, unprofessional and they don't even let you have a cup of tea after the mentioned so fu_king called 'Tea Time' is over.

We were just about 5 minutes late and even after paying around 2500 Rs/person we had to manage our tea and snacks outside the resort.

The guys who manages the food counter are really arrogant and don't have manners to behave with customers. They carry a Walkie-Talkie with each one of them for no reason and act like 'Garibo ke James Bonds'.

Zero stars for both food and hospitality service.

Location- This resort does not have any good view of valley or anything. They just have a nice garden area thats all.

4.WIFI Facility : Forget about it. There's no wifi available inside your rooms. The routers are placed outside the rooms at some common places so there's no use of it at all.

Swimming Pool : It was very dirty and its shower area and toilets are very messy and dirty. There's a layer of Algae in swimming pool. It closes at 6pm every day. After that they don't allow you to swim. ( Intentionally they kept same closing time for Tea and snacks.. )

6.Indoor/Outdoor Games (?) : They have useless games like Carrom ,Table Tennis ,Chess and Mini Golf etc. I'm Calling it useless because u have to pay extra 500 Rs ( cash only ) as a deposit amount . Even after paying around 2500 bucks they still ask you for a deposit. Wow...!!

Conclusion : I think the resort needs a proper maintenance and good hospitality. Overall it is one of the worst resort i have ever been...
