Dear owner, I will start the Pawna campaign journey with your below average campaign service . We have booked premium safari tent . When we entered with our family at your so called campaign safari tent the lawn area around was with all dry leaves around and also the leftovers of other customer and cigrate buds when I asked to clean the area your staff said that cleaning is done only once in morning also politely mentioned by you is it’s natural thing of dry leaves but one with small babies requires the area around tent to be cleaned we didn’t argue on that we move on further at night when we asked for chilled water your staff said we didn’t have it now also he mentioned that I brought it from store 1 km away they also didn’t have cold water so I myself went to get it when I reach the nearby area I got the cold bottle their this points that they don’t want to give good service to customers … Moving forward when I went to dinner at their dinner hall I asked for papad which is very basic thing in every hotel they said they don’t have that also even if it was lying their this proves their bad service to customer . Ok no issues it’s campaign as they said by charging heavy amount for premium safari tents 😅 they say pls go to 5 star hotel you vl get all service there 🤣 . Let’s move further when in morning we wake up saw that there is no water in bathroom 😡 on continuous Followup they ignored and kept asking to have breakfast first . I vl come to my first point that lawn cleaning is done at morning only now when I saw next morning whether the lawn is clear or not their was more dirt added in it and also not cleaned a inch . Picked this place based on instagram advertisement and google reviews. Here's the experience -

Good Things: Good view of the lake (but not for sunset and sunrise as place is between hills) Unlimited dinner Snacks and Tea are good Staff is co-operative Tents are well maintained and comfortable during the summer, as area is windy and cools down at night Live music is available on weekends (check before booking) Washrooms are well maintained and no shortage of water

Bad Things: There are no activities to do here as advertised - only kayaking, cricket and badminton are available, which you can't play because of wind, nothing else, no board games/activities as advertised on instagram Dinner starts late at 9:45 Live music starts at 11

Worse Things: Place is more like lakeside bar with tents than camping area, filled with drunkards Poor management No sound restriction at night, we asked manager Gaurang who processed our booking, to stop noise and nuisance caused by some drunks at 2:30 at night but it still continued till 4 am. Not safe for family and couple as advertised One of the safari tents had lights, fan and AC on till the morning without any occupancy in tent - video included, staff was clueless about it.

Overall: Not safe for families and couples. Good place for drinking with friends. Recommended: if you want to drink, dance and sleep. Not recommended: if you are looking for camping experience,...

Below Average Cons: Improper arrangements - No one is available to attend if the guest need something at night or at morning. The staff arrived at 830am. Till then guests had to make tea or warm water to save themselves from severe cold. ( this in case of premium guests). Tents and the blankets they provide are useless in severe cold. We will freeze at night. No place to keep your belongings safe, not even your shoes. The shoes needs to be kept inside the tent to keep it safe which then causes unpleasant smell inside. Not enough equipments to play games. All are just namesake. Average cleanliness and shortage of bathrooms. Limited supply of food. So have to carry something in case you feel hungry. No rules on alcohol use and hence group of guys will just dance with bottles and then vomit. Since the staff is not even present at night it's seriously a scary place to be at night. Expensive if you want to arrange anything special.. like a cake for birthday.. costs you double the charges for stay and then the arrangements are just okay. Cake was good though.
