The Fern Residency, MIDC, Pune — Hotel in Maharashtra

I recently stayed at Fern ( Pune MIDC ) unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. Both the hotel room and the staff left much to be desired.

Let's start with the room itself. It was advertised as a "deluxe" room, but it was anything but that. The room was small, cramped, and lacked proper maintenance. The furniture was outdated and worn, with noticeable stains and scratches. The overall cleanliness of the room was also questionable, as I found dust and dirt in various corners. The bathroom was particularly disappointing, with a broken faucet and a shower that barely provided any water pressure. The lack of attention to detail in maintaining the room was evident, and it greatly affected my comfort during my stay.

Furthermore, the staff's attitude and level of service were highly unprofessional. Upon check-in, I was greeted with indifference and a lack of warmth. My inquiries and requests were met with apathy and a clear lack of willingness to assist. The staff members seemed disinterested in providing quality service or addressing any concerns I had during my stay. Their behavior created a negative and unwelcoming atmosphere, which is not what one expects from a hospitality establishment.

Overall, my experience at Fern ( Pune MIDC ) was extremely disappointing. The subpar room condition and the unprofessionalism of the staff overshadowed any positive aspects of my stay. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone seeking a comfortable and pleasant...

Stayed at The Fern Residency for 1 night as was attending a family function nearby.

They have one room category and my room was quite spacious with two sofa chairs, coffee table, tv, cozy bed with clean bathrooms and all essential amenities.

Their in house restaurant entrance was beautifully decorated with a Christmas tree which the kids loved and their restaurant had a nice mix of corporate & family crowd which was good to see. They serves ample varieties for both veg and non vegetarians.

Staff is polite and service was quick. They offer ample indoor seating area.

I also availed IRD ( in room dining service ) for hi tea and my food was neatly packed and served fairly quickly.

They have a banquet hall which had an ongoing corporate event which was buzzing quite a lot.

They offer outdoor parking for guests.

Had a lovely stay experience @ The Fern Residency Midc ( Pune ).

Not worth to the Stay.! I Have been into many Fern chains before and I rarely write reviews but This Experience was one of the worst the staffs were not friendly at all…! we expect smile on the face when guests need to be welcomed in the facility. And hospitality industry is meant to take care of guest. I booked this premises on my past experiences with other Fern chains this was completed opposite to it. My family was very uncomfortable with the staff staring and behaviour. The hotel is 18kms far from main city which was not mentioned in bookings they even didn’t called us in the day of booking to check our arrival. They were not ready to carry guest luggage.

I don’t recommend this specific hotel for stay. Not expected...
