The Pugmark Jungle Lodge — Hotel in Maharashtra

Very nice resort with very good hospitality and service. Location is quite good which just outside the Moharli village and also Moharli Core Zone Safari gate is about 10 minutes walking distance from the resort.

The resort ambience is very good with very well maintained rooms. We stayed there in Villas, which were very spacious and very good value for money which we paid. Room charges were quite economical considering the quality of rooms and amenities we get. The service staff is courteous and helpful.

The food was included in our package and was very good which is served in buffet. You can also order an additional dishes other than menus in Buffet for which you may require to pay.

At last, it's the best resort nearby to stay with family...

I will say NOT to book this place if u r looking for good service and response from reception and manager. Worst people, no manners to talk with customer. Manager is so rude (Not sure about the name of a person sitting on reception). We had early morning safari and there was no water supply in room till 6:15am. We were supposed to reach by 6:30 to safari. Manager argued and shouted that they can't do anything if there is no water and understand them instead helping us.. total nonsense. WE MISSED OUR JUNGLE SAFARI.

and still no sorry from manager. Instead...

We had an excellent stay in this resort, I would like to complement and congratulate Mr.Amit Mehra, for his excellent service he had tendered to my family thereby making our stay comfortable and a memorable one. He was very kind courteous always smiling and understands the needs of the guest he is very prompt and available any time and takes immediate action to our satisfaction. I would like to compliment the boys in the restaurant they are very good mannerd courteous and polite. The food is very good and delicious. Overall on a scale of 10 I...
