The Red Fort Resort — Hotel in Maharashtra

We went to the resort after Christmas. Honestly it doesn't have much other than a swimming pool ( main attraction). Rooms were spacious but they are not maintained well enough. Even the bathroom was huge but the stains on the wall, missing rod for clothes, soap dispenser were symptoms which I just couldn't get out of my head. We booked 2 rooms, the other room had the rod and a soap dispenser as well. Another point both rooms had an electric kettle, the clean one didn't work and the one which actually worked was dirty. We told them to clean and change it but they just cleaned and provided the same. Next day we told them to clean the room, they cleaned the room but not the bathroom, they did not provide us new towels as well. The package is just Rooms including breakfast which costs 3500/-. Other than swimming pool, only positive point was the food which was quite tasty and surprisingly reasonable. Loved the Gulab jam. The breakfast which they provided was also pretty good but again we need to wait patiently for it!!. Overall it's fine but it's not the kind of resort I will prefer...

I recently stayed at Hotel Red Fort for 1 day 1 night and had a truly terrible experience. The entire stay was a disappointment from start to finish. The room was not clean. I found e.g., dust under the bed, stains on the sheets, Facilities: the TV wasn't working, the wifi was unreliable,

the bathroom was dirty, the air conditioning was malfunctioning , swimming pool poor maintenance, cleanliness issues, there was very bad condition

The room itself was dated and in poor condition. worn furniture, dirty smells

Service Issues: Staff Unfriendliness: The staff was generally unhelpful and unresponsive. they ignored my requests, were rude

would not recommend this hotel to anyone. The issues mentioned above, coupled with the poor service, made my stay extremely unpleasant. I hope that the hotel takes this feedback seriously and implements changes to improve the guest...

The 3 stars I have given is primarily for the caretaker there named Rakesh, plus the beautiful scenes the hotel offers for photography. Rakesh will take care of your every need, even at 2'o clock at night. Food, water or any special request he will never say no. So all 5 stars to him. But the property itself needs improvement and maintenance. There was no water in the tank for a while morning as there was some electricity issue. They do not have DG or a working generator. So if power goes off, you just need to call God !! Also, room had rats. Whole night, rat/ rats were chewing onto something, thankfully our luggage was all safe, may be rats were chewing on to the wooden structure of the property. Exterior decor of the property is beautiful, outside has valley view. One can view scenary from rooms. But inside room is not...
