Madhuvan Resort & Family Restaurant — Hotel in Mangrola

We called the restaurant in advance only as it was around 12 at night when we left from Mahakal temple. The restaurant assured us availablity and service of food. However after being kept seated for 20 mins, they appeared with previously baked rotis. Initially, when my entire family of around 15 people complained and asked for freshly baked rotis, the staff with a very rude tone replied that's the best that they can provide as there facilities are closed now. However, after continuous complains they once again heated the same rotis and served us, as a result of which few became like burnt khakras. As a result, we were forced to call the management and show them the kind of food they provided and that there staff is treating us as if we were eating there for free. Finally, after all this drama, the management scolded there staff and took care by himself. But by that time almost all of us weren't feeling like eating anymore.
