Hotel Vinyasa Residency — Hotel in Mira-Bhayander

Pathetic experience,Firstly they have an issue with cards..Dont keep the card payment option if u have problem paying the taxes, secondly keep good food service if u dont want the customer to order from an out sourced restaurant. Saying i will send back the zomato guy if ordered from out side is not cool. You have lost a regular customer and also earned urself a bad review. Quality of the room is of no use if the quality of service is not matching it. I would rather opt for a bad room with good service than a good room with a bad service. And team Vinyasa residency dont worry you wont have to send back any zomato...

Worst experience ever the rooms are very bad small cockroach moving entire rooms if we told to staf about the cockroch they said to take big rooms instead of choosen plan the towels and rooms are very bad even rooms not clean well everywhere dust and spider webs not clean properly worst hotel staff worst hotel rooms and worst whole hotel worst then local lodge they only open hotel to work as it is not for guest My best opinion that dont go in this especially dont go with family if any femal family member going up or down from stairs the staff seat as it is on stairs close hotel if...

I have booked the room for 24 hours stay in Mumbai on 25th May 2025.i have arrived late around 1AM after attending marriage function.I have got Rajan Sir at reception.i was with family.I asked for water bottle and cold drink which was provided immediately.later I asked for a glass of milk and at 1 AM they have provided me that too which is quite delighting.The services was awesome.Clean rooms,hot water,Very nice staff.Overall great...
