Super OYO Hotel Divine Residency Near Phoenix Marketcity — Hotel in Mumbai

Took 2 rooms here from 17th till 21st June 2022 via OYO for my family visit by my sister with weeks before prior booking. They denied checkin claiming no instruction from OYO. Just a drama to avoid OYO commission evidently. We got the refund from OYO as soon as we reported this. We took two rooms directly from them. Provided 1 room only stating its all booked while the rooms were very much evidently vacant. We had to pressurize them for the room next day as this was going against what we had spoken. They agreed and told us room will be ready by the time we reach back at 1pm while the already ones vacate. They wrongly assigned a couple the other room while we came back. Had to speak sternly again to get it while i stood outside my room until they got the couple out. There are two guys and one girl running this front desk. One of the guys seemed very shady and giving random excuses for everything we asked for. The lack of coordination is very much evident. The serving of tea and food took 2 visit to kitchen directly and at least 2 phone calls from intercom each time taking in incorrect orders. There were some 5-10 people upstairs or so who came for wedding. Food was being given to them first and then if left we shall get is what we realized. Secondary treatment provided. The final amount including the food we ordered was shown to us by the lady at desk correctly. She noted it down for reference. The shady guy saw that reference note while we came in evening for payment and tried to twist it by stating that the food amount was not added to which i spoke sternly for asking him to call the lady immediately for that. He silently agreed. He would have added that extra if I didn’t voice my opinion. We felt mistreated by this Oyo hotel.

Rooms are spacious and clean but won’t recommend as they have serious lack of coordination from front desk side and their tantrums. Money extraction mentality is strong...

I stayed here for one day. Its located nearly on the road but still tricky to locate from road. Navigation from google also didnt help. Its located on first floor of a complex and from outside it gives a feeling of a shady place but once you reach the right floor, you will see its totally different from expectation. The rooms in this hotel are good, clean without foul smell as spacious as any 3-Star. There was nothing to complain about the room. Downside is that they don't have any restaurant, so you have to manage that, however breakfast in included in tariffs but that is also not worthy. My parents had to visit Mumbai for cancer treatment a couple of times since Feb 2022. The treatment takes time so they had to stay every time for at least 2 weeks. Hotel Divine was their third hotel in which they stayed for more than 2 weeks, in fact, they stayed there for a month. They faced many challenges during their visit but none of them was from the hotel or hotel staff. The hotel owner and the staff took exceptional care of my parents.
