Worst experience ever! The staff members in the reception are hopelessly rude especially that lady wearing pink blazer and spectacles and tall guy wearing a blue blazer who is confused and clueless. Other staff members in the green blazer were very polite. The lady in the pink blazer doesn't even address the guest (she didn't even lift her head to take the keys while we were checking out). They made us wait for almost half an hour and then Ms. Ratna addressed us and asked us for our details. After this she said that we have to wait for another 30 minutes because the rooms were NOT READY. This is absolutely not expected when you are charging us so much. Rooms are small, the only thing that saves them is the beach view from the gallery. Another bad experience is with a pool staff member who rudely yelled at my family member that she can't go to the pool wearing clothes other than swimming costume. If this is your policy then please mention it in BOLD LETTERS so that it is visible to all. Staff members are clueless and don't know about the timings of pool or indoor games. Indoor games are limited and that too the room was too hot without any air conditioning. Breakfast had varied options and was good in taste. Luggage porters are kind and polite, they were very respectful. (Lady in pink blazer should learn something from them) But there is no reason left for me to visit this place ever again. Total waste of money and time. Please train your staff members especially the receptionist and pool staff member.
