White Sand Lodging Manori — Hotel in Mumbai

I honestly had a really disappointing experience here. The staff at the reception are extremely rude and seem to have no idea how to talk to or treat regular customers. One of the chairs was broken — we slipped and fell on it multiple times — and when we informed the staff, they didn’t even bother to check or care. It really felt like nobody was responsible for anything.

On top of that, the way they handle checkouts is frustrating. Even after signing and paying, they kept asking over and over again whether we had checked out, signed, or paid. It just showed how inattentive and disorganized they are. The whole attitude was as if they were just doing the job because they had to, not because they cared about customer service.

Honestly, the staff really needs to change. A place like this should have people who are decent, polite, and know how to talk to customers. We come to Gorai to relax, unwind, and enjoy ourselves, but with this kind of treatment, it completely ruins the experience.

Service is pathetic. Please get your own food as it took 3hrs following up on the food yet we get to know they didn’t place the order and had to wait for another hour. Staff doesn’t have knowledge about rates & very rude behaviour. Bed mattress is very hard & uncomfortable with huge hard pillows. Had to wait 4 hours just to get my own room till then we were shifted from one room to another. Rates are high as hell & not worth for the type of rooms & services provided. Instead add a few more bucks & stay at a posh resort. I would never recommend this place to anyone. Location is a 5star.
