Hotel Crown — Hotel in Nagaland

The Hotel crown is situated at the end of Chumukidema Road. Room is good but facilities and service is horrible. Believe me there is no water in the hotel, the problem is not for one time, it happened continuous for two days. I went petrol pump for using washroom. More importantly there is no geyser in single room and the water is too cold. If you order food they will take 1.5 hrs to deliver, sometimes they may forget also. But timing of check out is perfect and they won't compromise for one hour also. Don't waste 1000 Rs per day .. better stay with other hotels with extra Rs. 200 or 300. Room is good and furniture is good. Electricity issue also there. Water is a basic need..if you can't fresh up, then how will you enjoy the trip... think about it. Cons: Worst experience bedroom is too smelish due to the previous customer smoking. Call service didn't respond for many times moreover , No complimentary breakfast after payment Rs 1000 for non-AC one room. Morning breakfast serve after 7 am is hilarious! They didn't work activity for 7/24 hours.

Due to electricity excuse no warm water available for both days inspite of request to serve one bucket which may be served using LPG.... Further nothing complimentary even a single bottle of water. No self service like RO water. Also room shown is different than the room key given. Bedsheet etc not changed after previous customer left. Overall...
