OYO Ocsa Inn — Hotel in Nagpur

!! Don't book !! ..all negative review posted below is correct. Sadly i read them after a non refundable booking. SO i stayed. just a summary

1. they will try to scam you , that your room is booked and you have to upgrade , for which they will charge you extra.
2. they will give you upgraded room on 3rd floor , with no staff to pick your luggage. and one was there with super rude attitude. he was literately bumping suitcase on stairs. better pick your own luggage
3. no water provided
4. room was not so clean . i mean if you are getting room below 700 per day then its acceptable. . other wise sheet , pillow bathroom all dirty.
5. TV was not working in upgraded room 6 ) room and bathroom lock and latch was not working properly...

I am writing nothing new , i saw many user posted same review .. its my mistake to book...

Very very bad experience, Don't go here or don't use OYO. First I book at osca inn, nagpur, they cancelled it one day before saying some unavoidable circumstances, and promise me room at some other hotel 7 km from air port called Royal Stay. When we reach Royal Stay they said they don't have any available room, and asked me with my family to search some different hotel in middle of night in unknown City. When I call customer care they told me that my booking is cancelled and I should talk to different number of service desk, there it kept looping in select language IVR. Never use OYO or any of their partner hotels of you don't want to...

This property is total scam. Oyo is even part of it...the oyo customer service books by saying its a nice stay. Try it once. When i reached they charged twice the booking amount and i even made advance booking payment via upi. Then the room was not hygenic and not bucket in washroom. When i asked for one, the receptionist taunted you have to more that service. I was with family that time so saying nothing is good. But such a bad and unsafe property should be closed and ,bad of all part is the brand like oyo is biggest part of this negligence. The property should be shut down and no online platform should be provided to...
