Our experience at Sula Beyond Stay was nothing short of disappointing. We had high hopes for a pleasant stay, but unfortunately, we were let down on multiple fronts.

First and foremost, the food delivery service was consistently subpar. Not only did the food arrive cold, but we were shocked to find that there was no kitchenette or microwave in the villa to warm the food ourselves. When we requested a microwave, we were met with a resounding "NO" from the staff, which was disheartening.

The breakfast options were extremely limited, and the buffet area was notably small, leading to constant waiting for a place to sit. The lack of variety made it difficult for us to enjoy a satisfying meal during our stay.

Moreover, the villa's location was a letdown as it wasn't even situated within the main site compound. This resulted in inconveniences and the feeling of being disconnected from the heart of the place.

To add to the disappointment, the manager displayed a surprising lack of concern for guests' experiences. Not once did they bother to visit us to inquire about our trip or address any issues we might have had. This lack of attention to guest satisfaction is unacceptable.

What saddened us the most was the complete oversight of my mother-in-law's 75th birthday, which we had informed them about in advance. They failed to acknowledge the occasion on the designated day, and the whole experience was thoroughly disheartening.

To top it all off, the rates they charged were exorbitant - we paid over 1 lac for just 2 nights. Regrettably, the service provided was far from deserving even a single star.

Considering the combination of poor food delivery, limited breakfast options, tiny buffet area, detached villa location, absent management, and significant miss on a special occasion, we can not recommend this place at all. Sula Beyond Stay left us with a bitter aftertaste, and we sincerely hope others don't have to endure the same unfortunate experience.

In conclusion, we caution potential visitors to reconsider their options and look for alternatives that truly value their guests and offer a more enjoyable and rewarding stay.

If you’re looking for a time away from your daily hustle and bustle of the city life - this is a great property to relax. There are 7 rooms and 1 sky villa which means you’ll never see more than 50 people on the property at any time. I don’t remember any other property I’ve visited which is more private than this one. The rooms are spacious and follow minimalist theme across the variety offered. There are 2 pools of which 1 is exclusive for the residents of sky villa. These pools look directly to the west at Gangapur Dam. The best time to relax in the pool is right before the sunset as you can see the sun setting behind the waters of the dam while you enjoy your wine. The property also has a petite restaurant, albeit with limited options. The food, however is delicious and always served hot because most likely it was prepared only for you. The staff is courteous and always eager to help. They will greet you with a big smile and make you feel that you’re the only guest at the property. I had requested Swapnil and Ratul for a small surprise for my wife and they duly obliged and made sure I did not have to run around managing everything. The only downside I can think of right now is that the location of the property is such that you will have a lot of bugs to see in and out of your room (or maybe it was just us who thought so, because we visited the property during monsoon). If you’re someone who wants to take their mind off from their life for a few days - I’d recommend this property with assurance that you’ll enjoy your stay.
