Caves County — Hotel in Nashik

We got to this resort through reviews and Google search and was the best choice. Beautiful peaceful location in front of hills, well designed cottages at reasonable stay rates, but restaurant food you have to pay separately, beside each cottage you have green grass area where open gym equipments are kept. A big playing area also is there, they have some games also of which we loved the Dart when had time. Two cottages are separated by middle wall and the rooms, washroom are very clean and well maintained. The bed, chairs, super soft mattress, pillows make your sitting and sleeping very como. Not to forget the lights which are a much better of different varieties. They have an Android TV and a small fridge provided. They do provide complimentary toiletries and room service available, coffee maker kettle available with sachets. If one night stay then one time breakfast is free, only things only one small water bottle per person is complimentary. The surrounding environment is too good, services are quick. They have their own restaurant but food cost is somewhat high. Near the resort you have CNG and petrol stations. The butterfly garden is five minutes away and the Sula vines, flower park, coin museum are around 30 minutes away. Many other places at nearby distance. Sadhana chulivarchi misal also half an hour away. The stay was worth every single thing. The people were very helpful and quick and overall well managed resort. Swimming pool under construction. Caves County was one of the best experiences I have ever had in the last few years of my weeksnd holidays! It was super special. Thanks tons Kapil and team. It was fabulous.

Like they say "It's more about the experience and hospitality, than the property itself in most cases".

Tasty food, decently priced. Their spring rolls is a must try! It was my mom's birthday and this was by far her best : thanks Kapil and team.

It's easiest for me to write, but yes I guess I am falling short of words.

Just a few areas that seek improvement like washroom revonation (better looking, hot water, better water drainage from the washbasins), hygiene checks for AC's, door closures, keeping it free from strays (though for me tbis wasn't a big problem since they were very well taken care of by the staff), cleaner chair covers, some room refurbishing etc will make this property a 5 star in all aspects!

Joy, my little shih tzu boy was so happy being there. Was taken care of well. Boiled egg, Boiled chicken was provided for him. He played around like he belonged there.

Oh yes : their tea coffee is way too sweet, like they are sweet! That can be reduced 😋😋😋

A few hours of pure...

as I've mentioned in my last complaint, I've booked this resort for the Swimming pool as it has summer season now and our family including kids wants to enjoy swimming pool, but after arriving in resort we got to know that the swimming pool is under maintenance. its a big disappointment for us because they didn't inform it on MMT website nor they informed us through mail or call. its a cheating that you mentioned on website and unable to provide it. i requested MMT customer care to provide me compensatory refund but MMT customer care is also unable to provide me satisfactory service. A huge disappointment from property and MMT too. We've food package included in booking, but during dinner time resort management doesn't have clarity about what to serve and after chaos they provided us with the selected menu only that too not by our choice (horrible). Rooms bed sheets and pillows are also not cleaned, only aesthetically beautiful. Horrible experience by resort and Make My Trip support team.
