Worst Experience Ever! Do NOT Stay at Hotel Haldi!"

I recently booked a room at Hotel Haldi for just one night, and it was an absolute disaster from start to finish! First of all, the room was disgusting. It smelled awful as soon as I walked in like mold and stale air. The blankets were filthy and had a terrible smell as if they hadn’t been washed in years. The towels were even worse they looked used and dirty. It was honestly unbearable.

To make matters worse, the air conditioning didn’t work. Instead of addressing the issue, they just told us that they had a backup generator. We thought it would be fine, but they made us wait for THREE hours in the middle of the night with no explanation, no apology, and no effort to make things right. We couldn’t sleep and ended up sweating through the night, all because of their incompetence.The entire experience was completely unethical and showed a complete lack of hygiene.

The place is an absolute nightmare .I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to my worst enemy. If you're thinking of booking here, do yourself a favor and go...

I stayed at the hotel from April 21 to April 23, 2025, with my son while we were in Nasik for his MHCET exam. The property appears to be recently renovated, and the rooms were decent; however, there is significant room for improvement. The service was very slow, likely due to inadequate staffing, and we found the staff to be quite rude. Towels were not provided at check-in, which added to the inconvenience.

The dining experience was also mixed. It wasn’t a buffet setup—we had to order à la carte. Although the pure vegetarian restaurant had a peculiar, unused smell, the food itself was fresh, hygienic, and tasty.

Horrible experience. Booked with Agoda and called two days before booking. There was no response from hotel. Then they said there is no such booking we will check and call. They never called. Next day when I called again then they confirmed booking.

VERY CASUAL APPROACH BY STAFF AND MANAGERS.

When we reached nobody was at reception for long time. Finally we got rooms where AC was not working at all. After complaints they changed rooms but here also washrooms smells horribly. Everything we had ask including AC remote to towels. Rooms are very tiny and conjusted.

Even while leaving nobody was at reception. Not even complaint register.
