We had an good experience here. Room service is great, food is really tasty. Rooms are a bit crowdy, not spacious at all. Cleaning staff is very polite. Spacious car parking. A bit far from the city.

We had given a room where basin tap wasn't working, we immediately informed the reception, but we were initially told to adjust as they said, "Madam apne room to use krliya na", we don't have similar rooms available within the booked price range, please upgrade the room and pay extra.

Utterly Unprofessional response.||||We booked 2 rooms via agoda / booking.com. When we reached hotel to check in we were told to cancel the online booking and rebook directly at counter so that they need not have to pay commission to agoda / booking.com. ||||When we denied they turned down our booking saying their hotel is fully booked and they have not got any vacant rooms.||||They even denied to give us anything in writing.||||So just don't bother booking this hotel.||||Chetan...

The rooms were small and had mosquitoes. The mattress was years old and was weirdly bouncy. Lukewarm water in the morning, power cut and zero soundproofing. The guests in other room were partying all night and we couldn’t sleep with all the noise. Despite multiple complaints there were laughing sounds all night and ofcourse they had nothing for mosquitoes as well. There are better options for this price...
