Itsy Hotels Oasis Pride — Hotel in Nashik

We booked the 04 rooms while returning from 3 days journey starting trip from Gujarat to Malshej, Bhandardara, Igatpuri to Nashik.we reached the hotels @8:00 PM.Check In was easy, Reception Manager and staff was also good,no complain about them they were polite and helping. 2 500ml water bottle provided during check in.

Now talking about rooms room were quite big.Negative points.There were too many small cockroach in room seen , Towels provided were very old totaly worn out and smell really bad.Also we faced issue related to water in Bathroom as there was no or very low water flow which they resolved partially as it may be manufacturing issues from time of construction.

AC was working fine.They have Body wash and Hand wash bottle kept at places.

They don't have restaurant as breakfast was included included in rooms they bring you Tea from outside and serve it in the rooms also They served idli and chutni in rooms which we had not tried.

Parking space is limited as it's in GIDC .

Overall I recommend only if you don't have any options left in Nashik if you are searching for room on Nashik bypass away from the city if planning to visit trembakeshwer jyotirling.

It's just a average Hotel.Need to improve Hygiene(pest treatment to be done),Towels Linen need to be changed.

So we wanted to take a halt and that's how we found this place on google. We did speak on the phone mentioning the details. The other person agreed to a tariff for 5 people.

We were just 7 mins away from the space when the call happened. Upon our arrival the reception dismissed that the conversion ever happened and even if it did some random person just picked up and spoke to us who is nor from the staff.

Long story short, he over charged us and hence we didn't stay.

In terms of hospitality he was raising his voice on his guest while we were calm and speaking to him.

We just wanted to check the hygiene of the washrooms and that's the reason we didn't pre booked it.

The experience was not that pleasant and with that attitude we didn't felt like staying there.

Dropping this so that maybe things change or people coming from outside are aware of...

We stayed recently in this hotel and hands down restored faith in this state, such a good hotel, the hospitality that they showed had been long time due for me to see and it we were glad. My dad was injured and needed assistance and they helped me with everything they could. From suggesting hospitals to helping reach there, plus taking timely updates, their staff would ask if he’s fine from time to time during the stay. All the staff here is trained to be so considerate and hospitable they are really there providing you a service and not just making a living. They even helped us with overstaying for a while without charges. Coming to the attached restaurant there is also amazing with good food when you’re not expecting it. Hands down best hotel in that city...
