Palm Springs — Hotel in Nashik

One would only review if they have either received an outstanding service or pathetic and awful service unfortunately mine was the later!!

The rooms the location the restaurant ambience and the pool were top notch… what irked me was the hospitality and service from the hotel staff..!! To begin I wanted to book a room for 10th July and tried contacting the hotel to get a quotation but they bluntly said that they were sold out as they had a wedding on 11th v/s their official website had 5 rooms available for that day when confronted the reception staff RUTUJA who was rude and just not interested told me to book it online if available she disconnected the calls twice and wasn’t even bothered to call back.. Once she realised we had a confirmed booking her tone and behaviour changed and she started damage control by apologising and gave excuses that due to weak connectivity she couldn’t hear etc etc.. They did allow an early check in (1:00pm) which I’m really grateful for..

Post checking in all went smooth and great.. they let us use the pool till 7:35pm (35 mins extra post the closing time)

Next morning (11th July) as they had wedding scheduled they started rushing with everything breakfast did not have buffet we had to order and then it was served.. Couldn’t see the spread but it tasted decent and was average… Live counter available..

I received a call around 10:55am from RUTUJA asking to check out & 11:00am as its the hotel’s policy and they had wedding guest who need to check in as well… to which I informed her that the website clearly says it 12:00 to which she debated no it says 11:00am I told her I have a screenshot stating the same from the official website that check in is 2:00 and check out is 12:00 to which since she had no reply and hence she disconnected the call…

My suggestion to other travellers pls check if there is a wedding simultaneously going on coz if that’s the case you might not be a priority and may not be looked after as much… My humble request to the management please treat all your guests as equal and be honest with them from the start..

Hopefully no one else go through such awful...

Overall great vfm ambience, room quality for the price which was around 4 to 5 k pax when I visited during a weekend in September 2023. The place looks great as it is relatively newly constructed & the sevice is also decent. The Pool was also open. Only the security staff is a little boorish & lethargic as they didn't even point us towards the right direction resulting in us carrying out bags far away from parking to the main entrance & no one even offered help to pick our bags. But soon the main hotel staff took over and they helped us. Do not know why only the securitys behaviour was so disjoint but it stood out. Other than this setback, the overall service was great. The main downside to this place is that the restaurant had not started but one can order via swiggy/Zomato via multiple decent places in nearby vicinity. They mentioned that prices will significantly go up if the restaurant starts. Currently not even tea/coffee is there . The view from the road facing rooms are great and refreshing. Visited nashik on Holi 2022, as it was an impromptu trip we didn't book anything in advance. This hotel was still partly under construction when we went there. Hotel building, banquet, landscape everything was completed only pool area and restaurant was under construction. We stayed there for 2 days 2 nights. Rooms are modern, with all the required facilities. Color scheme is in the sea blue and white grey color tones. Every room has either balcony or window at the back with view of open land and mountains at the back. 1 sofa is there and one study table too. Bathroom is also of good enough size with hair dryer and make up mirror. The staff is very courteous. We asked then for local authentic food places and they suggested us the best food places nearby. Landscape of the campus is something I'm totally in love with. They also have banquet and party lawn. The highlight of the hotel is it's only 5 minutes drive from Sula vineyards. So this place is gonna hoon once...
