We were in Igatpuri for an event and could not find anything that we liked there and finally decided to look for stays in Nakshik. We were lucky we stumbled upon Rivercrest and i ended up speaking to Anushree who helped me with the booking at 11:30 PM! We booked the stone cottage for one night for 4 people.

The rains made the location a little more beautiful The cottages were close to each other but did not invade on anyones privacy The bathroom was BIG and beautiful The food was excellent. We ordered soup, starters, main course and breakfast and really enjoyed it the view from our room was great and there was a nice set up for us to chill outside our room overlooking the open field and the damn a little far away there were some stray doggies around and it made us happy to see that they allowed them to take shelter since it was raining continuously

When I reached out to Anushree, she was quick at assisting me with all that I needed. She was super helpful and patient.

They have around 4 cottages, one 4BHK bunglow and 2 more that were being built.

Warning: Unprofessional and Unethical Practice

I am writing this review to warn other travelers about the completely unprofessional and unethical practices of Rivercrest Stay. I had booked the Bamboo Cottage through an online platform, only to have them cancel the reservation the very next day, citing "no availability."

While that was disappointing, the real frustration began when they promised a full refund. It has now been over a month, and I have still not received my money back. I have made numerous attempts to contact their team, but they consistently ignore my messages and refuse to answer my calls. This blatant lack of communication and disregard for a customer's time and money is unacceptable.

This company's actions are a clear indication that they have no intention of honoring their commitments. They appear to have no problem taking people's money and then disappearing. I strongly advise you to avoid booking with Rivercrest Stay if you value your time and...
