I hope this message finds you well. I am a regular guest at your hotel and have always appreciated the service and cleanliness of the rooms provided. However, I feel compelled to share a less than satisfactory experience I encountered during my recent visit.
Upon check-in, I was met with an unwelcoming attitude from a staff member named Mr. Tiwari. His approach was quite arrogant and rude, which is not what I have come to expect from your esteemed hotel. This experience was disheartening and not reflective of the high standards of hospitality that Galaxy Inn is known for.
I believe feedback is essential for improvement, and it is in this spirit that I bring this matter to your attention. I trust that this is an isolated incident and not indicative of your hotel's customer service philosophy.
