Royal Park Residency — Hotel in Navi Mumbai

Stayed here with my partner for 6 nights and we were pleasantly surprised. Even though slightly far away from central Thane, auto's were readily available outside and only took around 20 minutes to center of Thane and also Korum and Viviana Mall. The hotel itself was very easy to find as off the highway. Entrance hall very accommodating as were all three guys on reception, especially Mr.P! Our room was executive suite as we knew we wouldn't leave hotel too much and we had visitors over twice. Room was huge! It was clean and bed was very comfortable. The appreciated fridge for the complimentary two bottles of water. Bathroom had all amenities and shower had hot water. Only bad point on the room is the wardrobe smelt quite musty. Room service was amazing, guys were all lovely and smiley. Only issue with room service is the bathroom didn't seem to be cleaned and we had to ask for fresh towels one day after room has been cleaned. Wifi was free and always working. Cable tv had mostly Hindi tv with usual American channels. Complimentary breakfast was ok, dishes were all typical Indian breakfasts. I was craving for something lighter. We used restaurant twice for lunch which was a lovely room cooled eventually once aircon was tuned on. Service was faultless. We ordered room service nearly every day for lunch and dinner. Food was tasty, we'd give it 3.5 out of 5. However, Dal dishes get 6/5....delicious! Great hotel for great price, it accessible location. Would definitely...

We had booked hotel for ourselves and our guest for my Brother’s marriage. Bookings were from 2nd Feb to 5th Feb. Hotel was booked in advance, during our checkin hotel manager was extremely rude, he narrated in extreme loud voice, “Apke kisi guest ke pass ID nhi hoga toh main entry nhi dunga”. As if for first time we booked hotel. Next rooms as decided were not given, he cheated on us took complete amount and deduced rooms were not given. Extremely and worst attitude manager there. Location of hotel is near high, so that’s good but not in good locality. Digha station in 2min walk from there. Rooms were cleaned but not hygienic at all. Mosquitos were everywhere. Finally I would say avoid such kind of hotels, who does not give importance to there guest, I will never recommend this hotel at all. 2 star given only due to location of the hotel. I personally didn't like the hotel at all as it is quite expensive. I had ordered the chicken kolhapuri which is around 300 rupees and they only provided 3 pieces the butter naan was also not good Enough. The room charges are quite high then what the services are in provided by them. The charger us 4500 for 3 people, as per the money that charging us the rooms are not of that quality at all.
