Sai Sahara Inn Hotel — Hotel in Navi Mumbai

I stayed at Sai Sahara Inn hotel for one night and it was a terrible experience. The hotel is not clean, the staff is rude, the food is awful, and the location is noisy. The room was small, dirty, and had a bad smell. The bathroom had water leakages and no hot water. The bed was uncomfortable and the sheets were stained. The AC was not working and the TV had no signal. The wifi was slow and kept disconnecting. The breakfast was cold and bland. The staff was unprofessional and unfriendly. They did not help me with my luggage or provide any information about the nearby attractions. They also charged me extra for no reason. The hotel is located in a busy industrial area with no shops or restaurants nearby. The noise from the traffic and the factories was unbearable. I could not sleep at all.
