HOTEL BHAGIRATHI RESIDENCY , NETALA - UTTARKASHI — Hotel in Netala

This Hotel and its staff don't even deserve the one star that I gave. Worst rooms with dirty unwashed bedsheets, stained comforters, disgusting toilets. Don't fall for their 24 Hours hot water promise because one can't use hot water until it's morning 5 am even though geysers are available but power connections cutoff. And once at 5 am the geysers are switched on don't be too excited to have a wonderful bath because the water flow is limited. Their bathroom size is even smaller than their hospitality. The reception guy is tooooo rude who knows only to say 'No' to any requests. Takes payment before hand and theres no option turning back. I thought only we had problems but gosh how wrong I was when I saw all the guests sleepily requesting the hotel staff " Arre bhaiya paani nahi hai" "arre bhaiya power supply nahi aa raha". To top it all we had to keep a table at the door because the latches didn't work properly and his excuse no other rooms available. In our 10 days of travel we couldn't find anything worse than...

We had booked premium AC rooms with breakfast and dinner. The rooms given to us did not have exhaust fans in the bathrooms and the ventilators were open.
