Stayed here with family for 2N - had booked 4 rooms - 111, 114, 203, 204.

Well the rooms are good in general - would have given a 4 star rating but few things are shoddy which brought down my experience quite a bit(2 star), though helpful and courteous staff like Ms Manisha at reception salvaged few things at last .. so 3 stars is what i settle at.

This hotel has gone an ownership change and is now Hotel Palm Grand. As you enter the hotel, the reception area is nicely done - big and clean with ample sitting space. You do find the owner roaming around asking for feedback which shows his commitment towards the hotel. Full marks here !

Coming to the rooms - rooms are decently sized (both superior and deluxe categories) and comfortable though they definitely need more maintenance - ownership change is not apparently accompanied with much renovation in the rooms where one can clearly see signs of aging. The faucets in Bath/Rest rooms are rusty, showers do not some time work. Airconditioner in two of our rooms stopped responding to the remote - and it was not a battery issue. Their are few mysterious switches in the room that you cannot find out the utility for and they have lesser number of charging points for your devices. TV trays in some room are missing nuts and bolts - Can fall very easily and will definately break as they are made of glass

On the positive side Bed Linen is clean, washrooms are clean as well and there doesn't seem to any water supply/clogging issues, The bed is comfortable and rooms provide you ample space to store your luggage. Room Rental is decent on your pocket too. - These are the basics you need in any hotel where you wish to stay

The Bad part of hotel now - Kitchen Service They do have a restaurant and full strength of kitchen staff - but these guys seem to work properly only when the hotel is full to the brim - like when you have wedding parties in the hotel booking 10-15 rooms together. Else they seem to shut down the kitchen service and instead reluctantly take your orders and outsource it to roadside shacks outside the hotel.

Food Day 1 - we went down to the restaurant for our breakfast buffet and the staff there initially refused to serve us saying the food was booked only for the wedding guests - When we complained at reception, and waited for almost an hour, it was only upon the intervention of Ms Manisha that we were served breakfast! . Now this breakfast was freshly made poori sabji, sandwitches, tea/coffee/Juices etc - and all of them were pretty delicious.

Food Day 2: Wedding party checked out. Restaurant was locked up. We ordered Paranthas(Indian Stuffed bread) for breakfast and after following up for almost 2 hours, what we got was absolutely cold and clearly something which was brought from outside. We ordered sandwitches instead - the hotel guy gave us absolutely stinky sandwitches made from a couple of days back and stored in refrigerator - the kitchen manager accepted this while apologizing but i still wonder why the heck were they storing stale sandwiches ? - and to mention, we did hear reception guy being heckled by another guest who was complaining about no food service for 2 hours and then getting poorly done egg omlettes !! Infact I even heard the front desk people call up the restaurant multiple times during this 2 hour conversation and it was evident that the kitchen guys were giving two hoots to the front desk as well for better part of these 2 hours - clearly a need for better coordination between kitchen and reception.

Thank your stars that the hotel doesn't cause trouble with ordering food from swiggy or zomato - which saved the...

The worst hotel stay ever. We were a group of 46 people in 22 rooms for two days. We reached the hotel around 11am. The reception desk clearly mentioned checkout at 11am and check-in at 12pm. They made us wait till 2pm to check-in. When we asked about the delay, the reception staff behaved very rudely. After waiting for 3 hours, we checked-in to rooms which had used coffee mugs, tissue papers and toilet papers. The bed sheets and pillows were not changed. It didn't even look like they dusted it. The toilet sink was dirty and the shower area had hairs. None of the AC in the 2nd floor rooms were working. A few of the working ones were leaking water and falling directly to the bed. We reported the above maintenance issue multiple times across our stay and none were answered. The reception staffs were very arrogant and rude. Before the checkout time, around 10am they called every room and rudely told everybody to checkout in 15 mins otherwise they will send staff to clear the rooms. The restaurant in the hotel was very good. Good food and service. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone even if they only charge...

I will provide all the proofs for my review on request I booked 20 rooms in March 2022, paid advance, for my wedding in July 2022. Just 2 days before the wedding they said they have only 18 rooms available. We had no option since we had paid the advance. 2.ACs in most of the rooms were leaking and not working including the so called suites. My guests got traffic challans for the valet parking. I have paid from my own pocket. Most of the reviews mentioned here are posted by their employees like Vishal, Meenakshi, Sahil Yadav etc. All of them are their employees and not guests. They have the worst customer service. Their employees are arrogant and mannerless. They overcharge for no reason. Their hotel manager was abusive. They have another unit by name of Palm Springs which is equally bad and managed by the same set of people who are arrogant. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THIS THIS HOTEL. THERE ARE BETTER HOTELS ACROSS THE ROAD ,Which are economical and...

Posting this review after waiting for 30 minutes, at 11:30pm, for them to clean the sheets.. all pillow cases and sheets looked like they were just brushed off with hand and had never been washed in years. While waiting for the "housekeeping" the air conditioner kept leaking water onto the bed.. The staff is too defensive for their own good... Talk about an inability to admit responsibility/fault.. Update: original call placed at 11:12pm, currently 12:03am. Bedsheets replaced. The fella who changed the sheets was very polite.. so the service gets 3 stars. But overall, would definitely never recommend this place - unless you have a banquet booked. Somehow their banquet buffet food was just as spectacular as how poorly their rooms are maintained.. My recommendation: use the venue for day rest and banquet functions, but don't bother staying overnight.

Hosted a function at this newly recreated venue & my experience was phenomenal. Food quality & service was superb & even the rooms were very comfortable & spacious with all the requisite amenities in place as committed. I would recommend others to book your functions & rooms here & have that classy experience of a destination wedding in a grand style in a very budgeted format.
