Iam very disappointed with the service of the hotel TREND VIVAN, or ViVAN CASTLE (Multipal names of same hotel) First they take you to another property for stay.. not the one you booked.

the room picture displayed is fake

no hot water supply in rooms washrooms

nothing works inside rooms (like lighting , washroom fittings ,electric systems.

no compliment packed drinking water or any service.

no tea maker and other basic amenities ,like towels, toiletries. provided by hotel.

dirty wash rooms, lighting .

rooms phone doesn't work, u have to climb down again and again to ask for basic services to reception.

lift is also out of order.

service promised is also fake , they will tell you- i will do it, i will make it repair soon, the hot water will be supplied in 30 mins just wait let me see, etc etc... but actually they do nothing , they just kill your time and wait to complete the stay duration,

wash room fittings are out of order, spills water everywhere, pot flush spills water from the control pannel over the toilet unexpectedly spoil you cloths.

11.and you will not get any responce of any complaint or service request.

its not hotel infact this property is dharamshala.

making a booking to this hotel is completely a cheating and waste of money and time.

i checked out before my trip completed, not safe for family...

You will suffocate in this hotel room. So much bad smell every where. No sunlight. No Lift (there is one which is parmanent close) and It’s on 3rd floor, back side of building, pass thru narrow space. No staff, just labors manage hotel who sleep on mat at entrance. Smelly utensils on room gate. Seems to be people comes here for hour basis who need just place and then left.

FAKE PICS !! Ground floor has a car showroom at front side and they are using that pic to show hotel. Don’t try to go there after sunset if already booked. Very surprised how they are cheating from so long. I had gone thru few review but then thought it’s common to have some good and some bad reviews too but I bet you guys , you can’t even stay for 2 hours. Be Away from Fraud Place. First I was Going to Give two star as on the first day of two days booking my experience was very bad as it shows every where on all websites they are listed that they give tea coffee refreshments maker but there is nothing also the TV didn’t have recharge no cook in kitchen when asked for cold water refrigerator not working I don’t think should take booking if they can’t fullfill the given service . Even when asked for complimentary breakfast they just serve allo prantha and tea maybe they dont know that customer can order anything from breakfast menu when the breakfast is complimentary.
