MPT Highway Treat, Mandsaur — Hotel in Nipaniya

I stayed at MPT Mandsaur for 8 days and had a pleasant experience overall. The room was exceptionally clean throughout my stay. A special thanks to Pawan, who went above and beyond by arranging food that felt just like home.

However, there are a few areas that could be improved. Only one bottle of drinking water was provided instead of the usual two. The breakfast options were very limited—only paratha, puri, and poha were available each day, which became repetitive over time. Also, there was no recipient or cook available between 10 PM and 8 AM, which could be inconvenient for guests needing service during those hours.

We were 4 adults and booked two deluxe rooms with breakfast for 1 night. |Upon reaching the hotel, the receptionist gave an impression that the guests were not welcome here. |We were given key to our rooms. Upon reaching the rooms we found that the phone was dysfunctional. Only one dirty towel was given in the rooms. They didn’t give us Wi-Fi password. There were no disposable sleepers. Good location. Considering there are few options around this area, the hotel seems a good option. Plenty of parking, gated. Bang on highway and just adjacent to petrol pump. Rooms are ok as per govt standards. AC was working. Interesting thing is that they provide rubber sleepers in room. Also they provide bathroom floor mat which is very necessary, otherwise rooms become very dirty. Linen was average in tidiness. Food is very sad and I recommend to go outside for food.
