Its a good hotel with bad staff. The inhouse staff dont know minimum courtesy. The staffs are unprofessional and lack training. They dont even know how to greet or adress a telephone call. You will feel the difference when you stay here. Whole night they keep on shouting in corridor and there a lot of noise all around. They will not serve anything in the restaurant and you have to do all by yourself. They are too arrogant if you ask for something esp the female staffs. Mgmt should immediately fire them.

This is my 6th time stay over here. Reception guys ok but rest all treat the guests like they are doing a favour. In simple words...
