I have booked under Oyo, when i reached their they told me we don't accept booking under OYO, and for direct booking, Price they mentioned is 3 fold of booking price of 500..when i contacted Oyo customer service they called hotel manager but manager directly told them i don't have valid ID while i was standing there having all id with me and similarly Oyo costumer service told me they will shift me to Oyo flagship which is near railway station ...imagine you have booked a hotel you reached their and Oyo tells you they shift your booking ( not you) to 20 kn distance, anybody will book the same Oyo directly becoz no hotel is nearby ..It's a tactic of both Oyo and Oyo hotels do to keep on their business they know it very well but Oyo will never delist them that's why they are rude and have courage to say they don't accept booking under Oyo, when Oyo nameplate is in big bold letters all over the hotel , inspite of complain same Oyo is operating under Oyo with same price tag if somebody want they can see the reality ....don't book this hotel, i didnt, becoz I suspect unsocial elements are going on here, manager, staff all are very rude and behaves as if they are local don and females should never book this hotel there is ample chance of your privacy compromised and above all hotel is situated on the dump with big mosquito and bugs. Thanks i was denied booking as i found better...
Read moreI recently had an experience at OYO Sri Govinda, and unfortunately, it did not meet expectations. While the location is convenient and easy to find, the quality of stay falls short of what one would expect.
One major issue is their refusal to accept bookings made through the OYO app. Despite confirming availability on the app, upon arrival, they insisted on canceling the booking and paying a higher rate of 800/- rupees without any prior discussion. This lack of transparency and professionalism is disappointing, especially considering the trust placed in the OYO brand. I urge anyone considering this property for their stay to be cautious and explore alternative options. The discrepancy between advertised services and the reality of the stay is concerning, and it's clear that improvements are needed for a more...
Read moreFraud Fraud Fraud. I booked the stay room from Pune through OYO. But practically when I reached the Lodge the manager (owner) started responding like we didn't received any booking in name of yours. So I called OYO customer care, even the executive from OYO called the manager in front of me. At first he didn't picked the call , at second time when he picked the call he was like I can't hear you , i don't have any booking. The lodge owner wants the exact fare without paying commission to OYO. You will be in trouble for 100% , if you book this lodge online. As it was a late night time, i didn't had any option, so I paid 800 for night stay in cash and booked the room. No cleanliness, stinky rooms, used towels, if you are bachelor, you can book. But if with family, avoid...
