KP Palace — Hotel in Odisha

On this 25th February, 2024 our whole family had gone for dinner. After completing our starter items, unfortunately our niece vomited.So we paid our total bill amount of Rs.7000+ and requested to make all the main course items to parcel.They took minimum 40-45 mins time for the parcel but we saw 2-3 items was missing in that parcel when we came home.Then my sister phone called to hotel manager and told him regarding this issue but they did not respond to her without any apology.

Management is very poor with no hospitality. The service of the staffs was disappointing. The worst starter food we ever ate. Both starter and main course Food quality below average as per price. More expensive with poor administration. Plz no one should go there. If u go there, u will waste your money and time.

Food and Service Review:

Soup was served Cold. Kebabs were a bit too Salty Tandoori was stale Naans and Rotis were not served hot. Seemed as if they were cooked 20-30 minutes back They served Dal Tadka instead of Dal Makhni and claimed to be Dal Makhni. Dal Tadka served was undercooked and tasted raw. Fresh Lime Soda didnt have soda in it. It was lime water.

Most Important Feedback - Feedback wasnt taken well. Manager seemed to avoid the conversation, seemed to always be in hurry.

I booked a banquet for 100 people but 90 people came in my function and i also paid for 100 plates but they denied to make parcel for rest 10 plates but no problem with that.The main problem is I waited for half an hour to talk to there manager regarding this topic but he didnt came to talk i asked to waiters to call manager they didnt respond and i also asked in reception to call they again told me to wait i also waited there at last i got frustrated and walked away from that hotel without any talk they just only know how to take money.so please if any one is booking in this hotel talk with them...
