Nikki's Residency — Hotel in Odisha

Worst hotel....unmannerd staff....owner also not behaving in a proper manner....worst room...worst food..worst rooms... worst room service....worst housekeeping service....no clean towels are available.... unhygienic and dirty bathroom...stinky dustbin....unsafe place.... reception people are very rude in nature....after several call they respond....non one in any department is aware of anything...no housekeeping manager....no room service manager....no one is available...if you ask for anything towel food saop anything etc etc they will take too long to provide and for that you need to call several times....and also if you call several times the staffs get irritated and reply in a worst way....owner needs to take proper action but he himself is not talking in a proper way...his way of talking is too...

Except location nothing is great........The rooms are too small and claustrophobic, service is non responsive and the worst thing is their lift..............which can give you electric shock and keeps getting stuck...............they clearly need to fix this if they plan to take bookings for big functions.............this property is certainly not for big function like marriage and all, at the max birthday party or engagement function etc............in short one day event where you don't have to carry much...

Very bad experience. Pathetic hospitality and unprofessional behaviour. For double occupancy, they are serving breakfast for only 1 person inspite of paying in advance for complementary breakfast. Mineral water is also not complementary. Set up box was not recharged, mosquito liquid was empty, no liquid handwash in toilet, Rs.5/- medimix soap per day for 2 persons. Restaurant not picking up phone for room service and delivering food after 2 hours of taking order. That too after repeated follow up. Plz don't plan...
