OYO Om Sai Ram Residency — Hotel in Panvel

Location - 5*, i loved the isolation of it, set in an industrial area, nothing nearby, Zomato delivers(even late night hours),

Service was good, staff is helpful, humble, and not to be judged by their looks.

Rooms : different story, actually they are cozy+small, lack few things, a chair, TV connection, although they have a smart TV,

Well, rooms could be cleaned better, had to switch 2 rooms before settling, 1 room had a highly degraded leg piece below the pillow, other room dint had a seat in the toilet.

PS : the cleanliness could also be because of lack of visitors as its isolated the customers are limited to business...

The travel office in the hotel is very helpful and convenient. Couple of drawbacks was that the hotel doesn't provide proper toiletries and complimentary bottled water. Also, the house keeping would use the same mop in the washroom n in the room, which I personally...
