I stayed at this hotel on 19th May 2024 with my family members. I booked 4 rooms of this hotel online through fabhotels application, before reaching to this hotel. I also paid 25% booking amount in advance to confirm the booking..
But when I reached the hotel in the late evening with my family members to stay, the owner/ manager was not happy with my bookings, he started playing game.. He said you have booked this hotel with very low tariff..It's a mistake by fabhotels person. My hotel and rooms are premium located in the rich area. I will not allow you to stay in my hotel with this booking tariff..Then he started calling to fabhotels manager and told me that " Fabhotels walo ki galti he.. itne kam rate main meri hotels ke rooms book kar diye he aapko.. ab main unse baat karke aapko koi dusre hotel main shift karwaunga..Application walo ki galti he ab wohi settle karenge ".
We all were tired due to long traveling, but the owner was not letting us check in even though we had booked rooms in advance with partial payment. We waited for 1 hour at the reception.. I tried to call fabhotel customer care to resolve the issue but the executive put me on hold for almost 10-15 minutes and never resumed the call..
I was literally helpless and got stuck there..with my aged parents and other family members. Then I request him to give us rooms as we all were tired and it was around 9:30 pm already.. Then he said pay me around 2000 rupees extra ( over and above actual booking amount ) , otherwise go to some other hotel and cancel this booking.. I politely declined to give him the extra money and keep on requesting him.. then he said I will give you 3 rooms instead of 4 at this price but still you have to pay me 800 / extra amount... I again declined to pay.. then he gave us 3 rooms atlast as i had no other options. as fabhotels customer care was not responding and we all were tired.. also visiting indore for first time.
He gave us 3 rooms, instead of 4.. and I had to pay for 4 rooms.. but the struggle was not over yet.. The lift was not working.. and he gave me 2 rooms on 3rd floor intentionally ( as i refused to pay extra amount)
We had to use stairs to reach on 3rd floor.. After reaching to the rooms on 3rd floor. we came to know that Electricity was continuously fluctuating on 3rd floor.. the hotel seriously needed Electricity maintainance, AC was not working properly, Lights were going on and off throughout the night... Not happy with this service of the hotel.

We checked into 303, 304 and 305 rooms There is no geyser or hot water provision in 303 and 305. My entire family had to use one single bathroom of 304 which delayed our travel plans. Even in room 304, the geyser wasn't functioning properly and only gave Luke warm water. There are ants in room 303 (please check the photograph for evidence) There are no pillow covers and the bed linen is dirty (photograph attached) WCs are dirty and broken in all three rooms (photographs attached)
I cannot continue to stay in this hotel along with my family and shall be checking out on 30th Dec instead of 31st Dec. As you mentioned over call, FabExpress has denied refund, which is highly unethical considering how poor the hotel is. I have booked via Make My Trip Application and I would like to have a refund or full compensation for the horrible experience I am having.
On top of the earlier mentioned issues-
We never got room keys for Room 305. We had to shift all our luggage in #304 so that it can be locked and is safe. Neighbouring room was occupied by hotel staff and there were a lot of disturbance throughout the night. Lot of mosquitos in #303 and no repellent provided in the room
