Hotel O by OYO Orchid Platinum Guest House — Hotel in Pune

Hotels reception is on 2nd floor and rooms starts from 2nd to 5th. Lift does not work, I saw review from other user saying lift was not working year ago, so that means they are not interested in fixing it. Just said maintenance going on. If your are going with family, as per their rule only two person allowed in one room, if your are adding one more you have to pay rs.500 extra which is not mentioned anywhere on oyo website. They think they don't have to clean there rooms, I saw cockroaches roaming around and smelly bathroom. 4.Evan though it is written food available in every room, it's not from them you have to order by calling outside restaurant which are very few and took 45 mins to deliver a parcel. 5.Room does not have proper wardrobe just wooden box to keep your stuff, mattress with loose foam, so goodbye sleep.

Overall bad experience, even if your thinking it is cheap, prefer to book any other Oyo or hotel for your...

It was a Pathetic Experience.. First of all the lift was not working we had to walk up till 4th floor for the reception.. Even after having a printer he said its not working and get a copy to get the entry we had to take an auto for about 7 km to get a Xerox at 11 pm. Again walked up till 4 th floor. The pillow cover was full of hairs and dirty stains on it.. The room was not cleaned properly.. On entry itself had to climb up the stairs as the lift was out of service. No COVID-19 protocols were followed. I was being informed at the reception that they don’t accept card payments, the blanket and pillow had light stains on it. The TV was not working. The wifi had no internet connectivity.
