Because he denied to give me check in and asked for extra money As we as tried to call to customer service that was more frustrating, they said you can't get this property and you have to cancel the booking we will be going to give you more recommendations near to this property. So I decided to cancel at that time but customer service hung up on me. That was totally a bad experience with both Oyo and Oyo services. When i checked in, the hotel staff was sleeping on the floor. We had to wait for 15-20 min before we were finally successful in waking them up. Upon a request for a late checkout, the staff present rejected with a profound rude behaviour.
