Hotel O by OYO Platina — Hotel in Punjab

I was told on Oyo that this hotel has a lift, but there was no lift there, I had a patient with me, so they gave me a room on the ground floor only, the room was good but there were a lot of mosquitoes inside, the room door was not door locker, many staff members kept coming inside the room to see us, at 12:33 in the night one staff member came into the room and started taking my utensils, I told him that this is the my personal property, not by hotel, then he said I will eat the food and return it, at 8:30 in the morning I ordered breakfast online because I had to give medicines to my father, as soon as I went to the hotel gate, that glass was locked, I gave the hotel reception person's number and the hotel owner's number I kept calling continuously but both their numbers were switched off, at 9:15 the reception guy came to the hotel and opened the lock, then I fed food to papa, when I asked for my utensils back he said we did not take your utensils, then I said get the camera checked to see how an outsider enters someone's room, then that reception guy called a lot of people then only one of them admitted that he had taken the utensils from the room, this was the worst hotel...

I travelled in this hotel with my family of 4 members and I bought 2 room here. The hotel was good but there were many things that the hotel lacked. First of all, the doors of the toilet were jammed and we were not able to close the doors of the toilet. Secondly there was no cupboard so we had to keep our item on the floor. Thirdly the TV was not properly working. Fourthly fan of one of our two rooms was also not working. But the staff of the hotel was polite and when we complaint any thing, our problem they resolved it, like the problem of the fan. The food of the hotel was very tasty but there no management in the hotel. When we came in the hotel for breakfast at 9:00am we were told that the hotel was being cleaned. When we asked for certain food items the said they didn't have the required food item to make the food. I would say that our overall experience at this hotel has been great seeing the price of hotel which is just 1500 ruppees but our experience could have been better. Probably the hotel lacked so many things because it was new and one side of building was still under...

Horrible experience. We had booked a twin room. One of the room toilet has no lights and geyser was not working. The mirror was dirty. No fees towel not toilet rolls. There was no fresh soap. The bedsheet had holes. TV was kept aside on the floor.

The other room has non-functional AC. The toilet lights were there but no toilet rolls. The worst thing was that shower had no hot water though Geyser was installed and switched on. Door latch for closing the room from inside was broken. Bedsheets were dirty.

Staff was hopeless. They could not arrange for fixing the issues raised.

Had to request the guests to stay at home and not stay in the hotel.
